This is definitely a hot take! While I wouldn't be surprised to see some movement from these superstars, a Big 4 in Golden State feels a bit like a dream team scenario. Would the team chemistry work? Warriors are already the mlst expensive team in the NBA. Now you want to add Lebron and Embiid? But fine, lets assume warriors do acquire all of what you said. How would age effect the squad? Young athletic teams with a bench would have a massive advantage. With so many big contracts you won't be able to make a supporting squad.

Embiid, Giannis, Bron, Durant or even Zion in that order. I love our young guys but we owe it to Curry to give him the help he needs for whatever time he has left playing. Don’t care about goat talk, just wanna do right by the guy that changed the way the game is played.

Look at how much the NBA has changed since the Warriors won it all a couple of years ago. I think it's instructive to watch the playoffs, because the next change is in the playoffs. Sure, if you have all young players, they can dominate with their youth, and soon their height. I saw SGA suffer 2 ankle sprains in a game, but that didn't even slow him down due to youth's quick recovery. Now, we aren't going to be able to match the youth or the height of the coming new NBA. For us, since we decided to stick with our stars as they age, we are going to have to come up with a new formula. I think we can beat these teams by using our full roster in the playoffs. That presents new challenges to our opponent, and we can wear them down in a 7-game series. Now, this is just an idea. We already have 2 squads, why not a 3rd squad for defense? We have stars getting injured or not available in the playoffs. It's the new NBA, and we have the best chance of figuring it out ahead of time, due to our need to have at least 2 squads.
