yea the wardens run faster, if i remember correctly x and cub had to use speed potions just to match the pace of the warden.
The redstone always makes me hungry for spaghetti, can't wait to see the balance testing
Love the dedication to sound design in this version of Decked Out, from the ambient drones in this episode, to all of the narration of cards. Loving it!
I think the sound of footsteps and random sounds of hostile mobs using noteblocks and their heads would ramp up the anxiety feeling whilst running from those ravagers would be so awesome too
The patience I have waiting for a New Tango Episode is absolutely worth the content :)
Idea: add some random warden sounds to the ambient playlist, thus lulling hermits into a false sense of security when they start believing that all warden sounds they hear are fake.

Hiya Tango! I'm late, I apologize! This video is tremendously terrifying when the wardens chase you! LOL You did an epic awesome job of planning, and attaining wardens for Decked Out!!! Thank you for being a Minecraft game with in a the game inventor, and mastermind. Your just an especially fun gifted person.
Hope you spoil yourself greatly once DO2 is complete 😁 Every episode is fun snd amazing! The excitement is real🔥✨
Oh tango, wardens don’t despawn outside the deep dark they spawned in, makes them perfect for mob switches like the one on docs tunnel bore, but oh man gl with them now!
Everything that gets added impresses me more than the last thing
i love that watching even expert minecrafters deal with wardens is so scary. that's a good mob right there
I would have never thought that transporting wardens would be easier than transporting villagers.
Oh right Tango, in this new 1.20 update you can silent skulk shriekers by waterlogging them
If you can ask the dev to add new features, maybe you could ask if it's possible to do a rectangular area instead of (or as an option to) a spherical radius? So instead of 1 radius, you just have 3, one for each axis? It would be really useful for defining exactly the area you want, where spheres are really awkward for covering the shapes people usually make builds in. Maybe also options for falloff curves too
21:05 "Extra Special Hug"😂😂 That got me laughing out loud
This full time-full passion project is amazing
Once Decked Out is up and running, it would be interesting to see a behind-the-scenes video talking about all the out-of-game planning and admin/upkeep stuff that goes into it, like the spreadsheets and notes and stuff like that. Probably wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea, but I'm sure some people would find it fascinating.

Hey Tango, I'm a long time fan. Way back when Breaking Bytes was being uploaded. That series was a huge part of my childhood, so I just wanted to say thank you for creating such a masterpiece.

Holy cow, Tango! Every time I think you've hit the apex of what's possible for this game, you raise the bar some more! The ambient drone sounds are so cool and add tons to the atmosphere of DO. And your warden farm and delivery system is right on target! As of this episode I actually see the light at the end of what has been an incredibly long tunnel for you. There simply aren't enough adjectives and compliments in the language to give you. ❤

when you get the wardens for decked out you might need a second pair of hands to nametag them in case your not fast enough
I was thinking to myself just a minute ago: “I bet Tango will upload again fairly soon”, and here we are!
Looks like decked out will be up and ready just after the hype wave of TCG finally chills out. What a server to play on. Plus we've got a silly prank war going on with doc and the buttercups to keep us entertained until then.
I imagine it gets tiring to move the ravagers all the time. Curious if Cub would be keen to help out. Feels like his kinda thing
Having a long corridor in Decked Out in which player would need to quickly run away from a warden that just drops from the ceiling with some intense chase music playing suddenly, only for warden to dissappear in a quickly lit and destroyed portal would be a mood beyond any mood. Or better yet, just drop a swarm of wardens instead. Far enough to be able to run away from them, but close enough to cause panic. Also, portal sounds and portal cracking visuals/sound could work great for creating sudden tension with the ambient you've got there. Great video and awesome ideas, Tango! Can't wait to see Decked Out it it's full glory, and also play it once the world file is released!
The background music is absolutely amazing, it actually works as proper minecraft cave noises.
If you add a room for extra "staff" in case a Warden gets pillaged, or a Pillager gets wardened, or any other combination of "friendly fire" amongst the Decked Out staff, I vote it be called the break room.
An idea I just had is in walls with stone brick or blackstone brick walls, you could do the Zelda thing where you put two cracked ones of that type, and standing as close to them as possible to trigger a pufferfish detector (or maybe throwing some sort of bomb item into a hopper minecart) would open a secret door with loot or a passageway or any other hidden goodies.

Thank you Tango! Watching those Wardens rumblin-bumblin-stumblin down the hallway gave me the biggest laugh I've had in a long time!
Brave Sir Tango ran away. Bravely ran away away. When danger reared it's ugly head, He bravely turned his tail and fled. Yes, brave Sir Tango turned about And gallantly he chickened out. Swiftly taking to his feet, He beat a very brave retreat. Bravest of the brave, Sir Tango!

Sir your excitement and enthusiasm for this project are contagious. I can not wait
You should add some sound when somebody enters the dungeon that's like "Good luck to ye that travel in this dungeon" or something like that
"So now's the time for brave Sir Tango to show off some of my manly squeals" Ah, yes, Sir Tango, master of the classic skidoodle-and-squeal maneuver XD
Those thunder sounds will definitely add to the ambiance of decked out….. a suggestion if you don’t already have it
Warden chase down a tunnel needs to be it's own minigame!
Should've totally shown off the model of Deepfrost Citadel in the episode. And also noticed the lack of Hot Guy carpet in the storage. Keep it up Mr. Totally Brave Tango. Can't wait for hermits to be eaten by ravagers, wardens and vexes.
I screamed and scared my dog when Tango rounded the corner and the warden was right there. Safe to say I will never go down to the deep dark.
Tango decked out is going to be nightmare fuel and I cannot wait to hear the hermits screaming
New sentence of the day: (casually) Let's kill all of our friends here...
For me, soundtrack and sound design are equal in importance to gameplay in a good video game. Tango, you've absolutely nailed the creepy music. I LOVE dynamic music like in Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom or Rain World, and to hear another instance of it, in FREAKING MINECRAFT, is amazing. I can't wait to see everyone's playthroughs
Wow! That is sooo great! I was worried about the sounds getting out of sync or something at the start of the video, but having a single line controlling a single audio player will make it sooo much easier for you!
The whole time you were running in that tunnel I just kept saying to myself "FLEE FLEE FLEE!!!!"
Omg!!!! Getting the warden was terrifying and very impressive!! Those levels are going to be absolutely terrifying and I can't wait for the other hermits to get to them
I wasn't expecting them to be on the other side of the portal, so I actually went, "AHHH!" too.... XD
