He's not wrong about German revolts being bad. Gran Colombia ships two Ironclads which... Is very much useless on land. Personally, I would swap the abilities with Peru; after all Mr Chad Simon is more famous for his deeds in Columbia and not Peru. Would also be a nerf to the latter. Though I feel like the March Revolution card should be reworked into it's own revolt, like the French Revolt.

I wish they had an alternative revolt when you’re on a land map. Could be something like allies with all natives on the map, they get upgraded to guard level, and vills turn into random native warriors… idk it would be something different. Then the home city deck could just transform into techs from the natives, and a shipment of random natives… idk just a thought

I feel like as Germany your "revolts" should be Prussia, Austria and other HRE elector counts, much like the Ottomans have the most unique revolts that are countries from mostly the Balkans. Germany revolting into a Latinamerican country makes no sense in the current state of the game and its more of limitation of its time in warchief expansion

@@Diego000793 I can understand GC, cause Venezuela was a german colony at first. Peru is weird. Germany could get something like Revolutionary Germany, with its tricolor (Black, red, gold) Then it could turn into Imperial Germany, similar to Napoleonic France.

Love your content btw. Yes, but they were far more all in in TAD and not as strong. Once the button was pressed there was little ability to recover. DE the revolts feel a lot stronger and some, like USA/California, allow villagers to get remade, or are sustainable in some other shape or form after the power spike.

How do you revolt with USA? Can you do it in age 3 like Mexico or do you have to do it in Age 4 like other civs?
