I suffer great and severe anxiety. I have found that Kava Kava tea helps me a LOT! It works fairly quickly and is pleasant to drink. You can get the root itself and it is a little mouth numbing. One caution is overuse of this root can be hard on the liver. This is where our lesson of moderation and temperance come in ;) I hope your Heart and Mind find Peace 🙏 p.s. I use YOGI brand Stress Relief Tea It seems to be the correct dosage for a slight calmness, and each bag has a little tag on it with and inspirational quote.. 😊

I've looked into the iron content and it's not much, just 3.3 mg of iron per 100g of herb, but since we only take about 3g of ashwagandha per day that's only like 0.1mg of iron, whereas we need 8 - 18mg of iron per day (depending on age/gender). Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure that's accurate.

I started taking ashwagandha supplements about one year ago, and I've noticed some extremely positive changes in how I handle stress and anxiety. Before incorporating ashwagandha into my routine, daily life-related stress used to keep me up at night, and I often found myself feeling overwhelmed during the morning. Even a short trip to the market or office used to make me anxious. After a few weeks of taking ashwagandha consistently, I began to feel more grounded and less reactive to stressful situations. I noticed a subtle but definite improvement in my overall mood. The constant background anxiety seemed to have almost disappeared, and I found it easier to focus on tasks without feeling jittery or overwhelmed. Apart from that, my sleep quality has greatly improved. I usually wake up in the morning feeling fresh and hopeful. Moreover, I have become physically active and usually go for 1-hour morning walk, avoid junk food, and spend more time with family and friends.

Dr Berg! I am your admirer and follower from India. Yes! Certain brands of Ashwagandha gives hyper energy, and we must be able to handle that energy by spending it. Please make a video on ‘Brahmi’ herb which has equal and even more good qualities than ashwagandha. Brahmi relieves stress, very much effective for Alzheimer’s, brain fog, ADHD, removes toxins from brain , cures insomnia, improves cognitive skills, memory, Speech, relieves stress and anxiety, so on and so forth. The word Brahmi denotes Goddess of Wisdom-Brahmi. All the best Dr Berg.

I tried Ashwagandha many times over the years; every time I got really nervous & just scared of the world in general after a few days of consumption; anxiety & fear so bad I just wouldn't be able to do anything... quite crazy. Anyways a few weeks back I finally tried the KSM-66 version of Ashwagandha extract (I've never tried this one in the past as it's usually the most expensive one, but also regarded as the gold standard for Ashwagandha extract); my experience is completely different, it's like I'm taking a completely different supplement. Basically the KSM-66 extract gives me the benefits that Ash is supposed to give, while any other form of extract (or ground up root powder) made me nervous, anxious & just not great in general. So I'd personally recommend to anyone to try the KSM-66 version of any quality brand :3

@@donnagarner6007 Hi, I don't know much about glutamine and what it does, but I've learned from Dr Berg and Dr Thomas Seyfried that EVERY cancerous tumour exists on either glucose or glutamine...and potentially both...so the reason I brought it up is that there has been a lot of success from cancer sufferers who use prolonged and intermittent fasting to inhibit glucose, whilst taking a glutamine inhibitor...such as green tea and ashwaghanda, thus covering ALL bases and starving their cancer.

L-Carnitine in the Morning Stack It With 6g Lecuine and Creatine (3g-5g, depend on your body weight) (lucine 6g, If you aren't on protein diet but if you ARE on protein diet and eating 1.5g per your body weight you don't need to take lecuine 6g), Coq10 Best to take it with high fat meal although in the evening meal (night time) is better due to body ability to absord it better whilst your are sleep. I don't take D-Ribose as Ribose is a constituent of our muscles and therefore occurs throughout our body. Creatine is better choice over as it's formed from three amino acids: arginine, glycine and methionine. Creatine helps maintain ATP. ATP is a source of energy that your cells use when you exercise. So, creatine helps maintain a continuous energy supply to your muscles during intense lifting or exercise. In addition to providing more energy and helping to increase muscle growth, creatine helps: Speed up muscle recovery too. (Just sharing from personal experience as i currently use this daily and only stating what i go through myself.)
