The undescribable Isle of Harris, Outer Hebrides - Scotland

It is impossible to put into words how wonderful this place is. I have also put on the end of the film a Time Lapse of the tide coming in at Luskentyre Bay.

Booked 4 nights here in July. Cannot wait! I came here 11 years ago. The day was sunny, Luskentyre beach almost empty. Those dunes and turquoise water. It's the most incredible place I have been to

So many memories of Harris. Climbing Beinn Dhubh at Luskentyre in February but so sweaty I skinnydipped in the sea when I got down. Camping at Nisabost beach and the midge eating us when we went to cook breakfast only to give up and go to Leverburgh cafe. A wedding in Rodel St Clements church on a beautiful day and reception in the Leverburgh village hall. Paddling near Husinish on the sandy spit opposite Scarp island. Magical.

This is my wife and mine's favourite beach. A funny thing to say about a beach perhaps but to really appreciate this place you need to visit it on a cold, crisp and sunny winter's day - fabulous.

I've already been on to the MD of Murdoch Tours to express my appreciation of the chauffeur and his assistant on our latest Hebridean Extravaganza. The service of both these outstanding individuals was beyond reproach, apart from some slight instances of impertinence on the driver's part. The quality of this beautiful short film is an example of the skills available from Murdoch Tours. I wish I was still on tour with them.
