    exercise and take care of themselves. I used to exercise and I was happy. I strive for excellence. and do what I need to do. I meditated and I pump myself up.

    2% actual advice 98% beating arround the bush with garbage rapport building pep talk. Like he thinks a person who wants a morning routine wants to waste a ton of time hearing him talking about his feelings.
