Jesse is a leader in the trauma-informed facilitation, addiction recovery, and mental health space. His passion is to help ambitious heart-centered leaders and purpose-driven organizations clear obstacles out of their path and live in alignment with their highest potential. Jesse is the author of two books, holds a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, is a certified professional coach and facilitator, and a HeartMath® certified trainer. Jesse takes an integrative and holistic approach to healing from trauma and addictions in his coaching. He is the founder and CEO of Entrepreneurs in Recovery Coaching and Consulting and he's been featured as a keynote speaker, trainer, and panelist for several companies, conferences, and radio shows.

    ⭐😁⭐ Thank you so much for your video I'm going to claim you guys as part of my new team I am a Non-Hodgkin's level 4 survival also public School mom with two behavioral IEP autistic sensory ADHD and everything else I've had anxiety depression and also now dealing with recovery from alcohol smoke marijuana and going to jail for 4 days as a plea deal of course my anxiety is through the roof and narcissistic husband in prison for almost 30 years😢 I am a warrior My family doesn't see that way I got on anxiety and sleep meds just to get me through this something to help with the four days I guess but I will definitely need help❤

    exercise and take care of themselves. I used to exercise and I was happy. I strive for excellence. and do what I need to do. I meditated and I pump myself up.

    Please share the link when the podcast is ready! This will be so beneficial. I love thst it's more that substance recovery... Trauma, programming... This will resonate for everyone on some level or another especially if they are ready to hear it. Bravo.     2% actual advice 98% beating arround the bush with garbage rapport building pep talk. Like he thinks a person who wants a morning routine wants to waste a ton of time hearing him talking about his feelings.
