    I've never acted more on a book then I have with Miracle Mornings. Im jogging, im doing yoga, Im staring at my vision board and have written affirmations on the back. Thanks my pal Hal...it has inspired me to be better!

    I have had low energy because of my chronic depression and it has destroyed my productivity. You have cracked the puzzle for me!!!!! I used to eat eggs with whole wheat bread in the morning and I would feel lousy, I never knew why. When I used to eat oatmeal, I felt great, however it was hard to get down due to the texture. The salads and smoothies were things I ate some days so it would make my life easier if I just ate that everyday. It may get rid of my funk during the day! Hal, you have saved my life, turned it around completely! You always have the answers for all my questions. You are so spunky and I want to be more like you! You are a superhuman, you defy the odds on everything. I am very inspired by you!!!!

    Thank you for such a beneficial video. Eating healthy and eating the right foods is key to energy levels. I am finding that I am having 'afternoon' naps when I get back from work and I want to work on this. Perhaps I am also burning the candle at both ends but small changes make big transformations and from the notes I have made today, I shall be putting things into action straight away. Thanks Hal!

    Wow did I need this Hal. I'm spiralling out of control with unhealthy food habits and it affects my mood and health terribly. I appreciated your video, it puts what and why we eat into perspective. Good to see you back doing what you do best, motivate and educate! Thank you! ❤

    28:23 thanks for all what you do Hal! You’re a great inspiration. We’ve always learned though that it’s easier on the stomach if you cook food instead of eating raw. Especially meat. What’s the resource that says otherwise please?

    My sister suggested I listen to you (and read your book) and I am hooked, I watched your Miracle Morning presentation and then I noticed you’ a couple of years later you were giving presentations without hair. I came to see that you had cancer and underwent intensive Chemo treatments. Well, I am a cancer and chemo survivor. I find this video a soooo interesting. I love to follow you and your journey. I think you are amazing and God thinks you are as well because he doesn’t give trials to us unless He feels we can handle them. I admire the way you handled your trials. you you never said why you felt you got cancer...do you think you hospital stay I.e. drugs, antibiotics, etc has anything to do with it.. I think that is why I got cancer because I was in icu for 4 days and had the strongest antibiotics they had. I think it killed off my good antibodies and left the landscape of body open to bad cells to grow. Anyway I love you videos and to watch your journey. Thank you and God Bless.

    Gostaria muito de aprender a comer para emagrecer e nunca mais engordar 😁 rsrs. Li o seu livro e fiquei impactada embora já estivesse acordando as 5 h para orar e fazer algumas práticas concernentes a lei da atração...     Queria muito entender o que você está falando, mas infelizemente meu nível de inglês não permite. Gostaria muito que você pudesse incluir legendas em Português, seria possível? Acabei de ler o seu livro e estou fazendo o Milagre da Manhã desde o dia 03/08/18.     Sir, I am too skinny and myself Siddhant Singh It really humiliates me and don't let me to stand infront of the crowd without hesitation and unease feel!! Sir I weighs 48kg at the age of 18 So the freinds and Even my family mocks on me,which really hurts me alot.

    There is no joy in soy. Nearly all soy is gmo. The only soy that is ok to eat is fermented soy.
