I built my p320 off of your 1st video of the hc320. x compact with a gold threaded 4.3" barrel, x compact slide, x carry grip module (customized from DK customs), tyrant arms mag well, gas pedal and a hc320 comp with an upgraded trigger (which was not needed). This thing shoots like a dream! So glad i found your video last year. It helped my build my dream pistol. I wish i could drop a pic..

I appreciate the holster recommendations - I feel like a lot of people would miss something like that.

I built this exact gun with an Icarus Precision Socom Full module. I had the same holster questions. I got a X Compact holster with the TLR-1HL. The full-size 4.7 holster is way too much kydex and the Compact holster option barely exposes the comp at the bottom. Don't assume the X5 holster will work, it does not. I have both and several holster companies said they're interchangeable. This is incorrect. I have the Tier 1 Axis Elite and the Trex Sidecar 2.0. TRex has a better holster. Their tolerances are slimmer, which is very noticeable with such a large gun carrying appendix. The Tier one is nice if you separate the mag holder and add another belt clip to balance it out.

I have this exact build, minus the Red Dot. Been concealing it for 3 years now. I swap out from the X-Carry grip module w/tungsten inserts and a 15round mag concealment, swap the FCU to the Full size stippled Grip Module and its a Duty build. Love my 320. My Herrington Arms comp gets a compliment every time someone runs it. 10/10. Need an optic next. Ran thousands of rounds to it, always say itll be my next investment, then play money goes to rounds and training, lol

I have an extra Holosun 507C GR X2, but I'm waiting to get the right screws from Holosun to mount it on my P320X Compact.

Werks makes great holsters for my P320 and I run a Herrington comp as well...

I just got my fcu today and am wanting to run a build like this. I also just ordered a full size wilson combat grip mod, would that be the correct size if I wanted to have a flush fit comp if I get a 3.6 threaded barrel?

I'll tend to agree since my build is almost identical except with the compact 3.9

threaded barrel , what about a compensated slide without requirement for threaded barrel? :)

So some one help me out…if I get get the navy foundation p320 it comes with a threaded barrel then all I’d have to do is get a full size frame then the comp and I can achieve this look?

4.6" threaded bbl is what you need for the M18, because your stock barrel is 3.9"

I get stovepipes running 115gr. Should i get a lighter recoil spring? Im currently running factory xcompact spring

Buy DPM recoil spring kit. It will stop the stove pipes. The kit comes with different tension springs, test them all. Run 50 rounds each and dial you gun in. Make sure you buy the right one, as they're different for each slide length. Also you can get them cheaper from places like Sig Guy, rather than having them shipped from Greece.

Are you using a 17 round mag with that extension?

I built one. Having reliability issues. Stove pipes being the main issues. Hopping it’s an ammo issue. Was trying to run some cheap blazer 115g. Any recommendations??

It’s an x-series full (small). Sig makes the naming of their stuff confusing.

That thumb rest isn't great.

Just watch out, those things have a mind of their own. Kaboom in the holster
