Like I said up there Heckler &koch is to me since I have the usp compact .40 cal. For over 20 years the easiest smoothest side arm to reload when your clip is out. Just snap the clip in and keep squeezing the trigger not one jam in over 20 years. Fires when dirty, wet, and can handle plus P rounds. Maybe I’m bias but the best designed firearm I have ever had and I’ve had many.

Yes. M4 tti is great as well and they break it in for you. The 26 Glk gen 3 tti is a perfect carry, until you try the gen 5 tti glock 19. Tr 1 is gd amazing.. I bought 2 tti mpx because well I had to after the range. 34 is nice, hk p30L is great 21 n 23 tti are great. Love the .45 w hardly any recoil n there are more but yeah I’m tired of typing

Taran 34 Combat Master is the best.

I love how John Wick performed a "quad load" on the shotgun. I've tried - damn difficult. A pair is best I can do. Watching him do that was impressive.

I saw a 'behind the scenes' of how Keanu had to practise with all those weapons he is using in the movies. My god! He had to work hárd to reload and aim as fast as he could. And of course to hit as many targets as possible. It came also clear that Keanu is not a man who is easyly satisfied with his performance. Constantly, he was trying to draw and shoot faster and faster and more accurate. He works hárd to be 'John Wick'!!

@@Kirovets7011 agree - also interesting was his hand to hand combat routines. When you watch the movies, note how long a fight scene is before the camera cuts. Other movies, it might be 2 or 3 seconds - his often run 10 seconds or more. Pretty serious training.

Got a Benelli shotgun to be like John Wick. Have been speed loading and unloading it like a champ. Yet to fire a single round.

As a musician/band director, I GREATLY appreciate your intro with the syncing.

John Wick was a sleeper hit in 2014 and turned out to be an amazing trilogy. Clicked the video and already knew the hk P30L was the winner and the g34 was number 2.

I have an HKP30 model, but it is chambered in .40 S&W. I love that handgun. It’s very handy, and the one I’ve got is completely ambidextrous, which is great for practicing with both hands. Though the model I’ve got is a bit heavy to carry, I keep it at home for defense purposes

I have a VP 40 Tactical for home defense and it came with a thread protector, upgraded night sights and 4 magazines and its amazing. H&K, Beretta and Sig makes the best handguns, sorry Glock boys, they are good but I wouldn't bet my life on them.

Kimbers are terrible 1911s. Extracting issues, discon drag, trigger jobs are loose and sloppy, and lastly feeding issues due to under-polished feed-ramps.

I get to go to the range with my very old time close buddy, who was also a Marine. He's taught me every thing I know about guns and shooting. I only bring him up because He turned me onto the H&K, which is easilly turned from righty, to a lefty, and me being a lefty, that's kind of a thing. That gun is like butter. so smooth, and easy to hold. And accurate. Many guns have been great. But this one just 'felt' natural. One of the best I've ever had the fun to shoot.

I think the reason the HK P30 is so awesome is because, and I say this as an uber fan of the trilogy, it's not the Taran Tacitical gucchi stuff that has all the bells and whistles and makes you see the Giant Taran Tacital sponsorship sign they might as well have all over JW3, Rather it looked worn, professional, maintained, that Mr. Wick was so good at his job he didn't need all excess Gucchi work but just a no frills no nonsense pistol for Baba Yaga.

The P30 was my first firearm back around 2007 when I just graduated college. Got a kick when this movie came out and suddenly all my striker fire friends thought the old hammer fire was cool again.

HK P30L is my personal home defense pistol and P30sk for carrying. I was a Glock guy for a decade before switching to Sig and then I came across the HK which I had never used before. I am so accurate with even the subcompact (p30sk) that it's like I am John Wick. The paddle mag release is pure gold IMHO. I have always hated trying to release traditional mags searching for the button and trying to push it in an awkward position, the paddles are super easy to find and hit (which for some is a negative but I have never had an accidental release). I am not and have never been a fanboy of any gun platform. I simply like what I like when I like it and that can change just as we all change over time. FOr the last 4 years, its been HK but I am sure something new and shiny may come along in due time to change my mind.

I've never watched your channel before, and damn that was a good review. Honest and upfront and speaks to the pocket book.

Sig is such a great manufacturer. Sigs will always have a special place in my heart

Yeah it was his most iconic memorable gun. Great choice for the first movie. The others would not have had the same effect. That being said it also had a custom style compensator to make it look unique and unlike any other gun. Which other movies have done. A plain hk p30l wouldn't have the same effect. Underworld as an example not of good movie but of how much cooler the main characters gun is like putting two muzzle brakes on her twin barrettas

Favorite part about this compared to older action movies also, is that whenever someone pulls their firearm out, theres not an audible racking sound like alot of the older action movies. I mean hell some had the sound when a revolver was pulled out

I like the 100% ambi that H&K does as well. Even if you are a right hander, you never know when you might need to shoot weak hand. I went with the VP9 though because it is striker fired. If I want a SA/DA, i'll go with a usp.

I love my P30L with the JW compensator gen 2. I love the LEM trigger. (you just need a little practice to learn and understand it) It's very affordable, accurate, duty proven pistol! The JW compensator makes it super smooth to shoot multiple groupings, great for competition and/or carrying...you just need to get a custom made IWB/OWB holster if you want to carry with compensator on. I personally prefer well-made dual choice holsters, depending on what you're wearing & going that holster will cover all. BTW as a big guy carrying with the compensator for me is no problem. Honest Outlaw you rock brother..I love how you are straight to the point and don't yammer on and on. Please do a review on the Steyr aug 3 m1 and the nato version so others can understand the difference between the both. I prefer the original version..in opinion has more to offer than nato version.

The HK gets my vote because I don’t have several thousand bucks just sitting around the house! Great video! I have two of the three John Wick videos that I usually watch at least once a month. Keanu Reeves really plays the part to the hilt!

Great number 1 choice. I got a HK P30 just after the first John Wick and it's my everyday carry.... Amazing firearm, beautiful and reliable, fits any hand and I only had one malfunction after thousands of rounds. I run mine without the compensator though.

It made Taran Tactical relevant as a brand. Not to mention he customizes all kinds of guns. And Taran is a very amazing shooter and trainer!!! Good trade

Something obout price: I use a H& K USP Match in .45 ACP for competition target shooting here in Germany and have an additional slide and barrel assembly USP Elite for it in 9 mm Para for training purpose. Trigger, sights- everything is fully adjustable . Never had a misfire or jam. For a fraction of the price of the Taran or whatever.

You're right. The HK P30 with the compensator is the best John Wick gun. Its cool and looks to be very user friendly.

Love #1, the HK. Have been looking for a backup. This would be an awesome 2nd and, possibly just carry it as prime and a second. Then mags, would cover much more. I have trained to shoot 2 at once, at separate targets. It gets complicated and is not allways the best option. Either way, I really like it. I currently carry a Colt ultralight commander in .45 acp. Stopping power, is my primary concern now but, things allways are changing and, I have been considering something with many more rounds available. At this moment, I carry 6 mags pocketed and one in gun. The extra mags, weigh more than the loaded gun. Crazy. The weight is becoming an issue, as I get older. Great show today! I'd definitely choose the H&K P30L as well. They should have stuck with that gun as his primary in all the movies with a few gucci guns on the side to change it up a bit.

I bought one of these when they first came out--very surprised when I could not shoot like John Wick-------I wonder if it because I am just a lousy shot ---nice gun though --I can miss with class.

Love John Wick, but nothing is ever going to beat the tactical carrot from Shoot Em' Up.

4:00 I don't know if he was using mini shells with a special configuration on the Benelli M4 but he shot 11 rounds off the first use of it. You can pull off 9 if you ghost load.

Glad to find out it's an HK; I love my USPC45. Great movie; when he did a tactical reload in his house, I was hooked and knew the technical consulting was awesome.

In early 2013 there was a gun and ammo shortage. The last thing off the shelves were .40 cal. guns and ammo. Since I am partial to a variety of guns and ammo, I decided to get a .40 gun and chose the HK P30L. The grip fit like a glove, although after I got it home, I replaced with the less bulky, slender grips. No other changes necessary for me. It is my fave 2nd gun, edged out only by the classic BHP in 9 mm, which did require a a couple of changes: sear, hammer and grips. Wick movies: #1 the best of course. The others are just more of the first, but always leave something to be desired.

Don't know if you edited it that way in purpose, but I love the way the pings from the targets kind of accompany the tune of your opening. Nice touch!

I loved my M3 Super 90 scored 100% in INSTRUCTOR TRAINING. In retirement use a Citadel Boss 25 for easy reloads.

I can’t believe I bought Jon wick 3 for $19.99 on ITunes just to see Taran’s guns in action when It’s available to rent on the 10th. Money well spent.

Imo, the HK P30 still fits the persona of John Wick better than the other two pistols. I'm glad that it is the #1 in this list. 👍💯

Striker Alpha One I totally agree! I wonder who decided to use HKP30L in the first John Wick cause it fit perfectly, so two thumbs up to whoever decided it🤙🏽🤙🏽 I just hate how Taran got a hold of the John Wick franchise and IMHO ruined the series

I agree with the #1 pick. I had a P30 SK and loved it. Smooth shooting, excellent Trigger, stupid-easy take-down. My goal is to get the full-size P30.

My favorite is the G26s. I carry one and so does John Wick in the first and Second movie.

I was kinda sad that he didn't use the P30L since the second film. Solid gun.

He did use the P30L *once* in John Wick 2. In the very beginning, he knee-capped one of the Russians with it.

All the head shots are just epic in the John Wick movies especially with the Benelli 12 gauge semiauto!!!
