Thanks, man! Yea, these are really heavy-duty, well-built, and designed from the ground up for the mushroom industry. I'm sure they will sell extremely well.

Dude I just watched a vid of you talking about how to get started. This is amazing (and actually I'm just thinking about scaling my substrate mixing so this is hilariously on point)

Im curious as to what makes these so expensive? Im not saying i could make one cheaper, becauee im not a builder/engineer/welder, etc. Just curious thats all. I do like the machine, would definitely help me out when i get to the point of needing that many bags (some day) 😅.

These are actually significantly cheaper than the competitors. They are expensive because they are fully welded with heavy steel by experienced fabricators in the USA.

@archiewebster5034 we can ship it to a port and work with you on exporting. You would want to find your own local importing broker and freight company since we don't have any accounts in Europe. But yes we can. We have 2 units going to the UK on the next run.

@@MyersMushroomsFarms I would love to see you make a video on testing a new method of filling blocks that would ultimately decrease labour by over 50% with equal time required per rotation cycle. The idea as suggested on the email I sent you, is to steam pasteurise the substrate within the batch mixer, let it cool down, add and mix the spawn into the cool pasteurised substrate and fill the bags through the volumetric gate valve dispenser. You would also, be doing something that I thought was impossible without a production line, which is reducing the bag handling down to 3 (with wheeled shelving), as opposed to 4-5 *pre-fruit*. Ps: you would require HEPA air flow above and below the mixer/pasteuriser. Above for keeping substrat clean during pasteurisation + adding spawn. And below for filling + sealing the bags. Additionally the leakage of water through the steam inlet has to be compensated for in the water content of the substrate. I find this very interesting, either way I will try it and let you know but it will take a while. Getting quotes at the moment. However it would be my pleasure to use your model for this test. Keep up the great content! Mytopia Mushrooms

Why can't one machine do all bags, and fills....why 2 different models? Couldn't you just add a nozzle like the one machine? The machine looks well built....but that color scheme is ...lets just say like when I go #1, and #2 lol. Maybe some video from up top looking down would be helpful to see. Keep on!

The 6x8 bagger won't fit on a smaller bag, a 6x6 dropping 11lbs would be like 3 ft long.

@@MyersMushroomsFarms I was under the impression by flipping a switch, it is like some programming for weight. But I'm now thinking it's like your old system with some predetermined volume, and your just dumping whats behind the gate. I'm thinking with your current system if maybe you had 2 tubes attached to the mixing reservoir, and a series of switches somehow it would work, and incorporate it into one unit....maybe it's possible then, and maybe a slightly larger mixing reservoir if needed to make an all in one, combing both of those units capabilities. Also from the video the units look identical in size except for the drop chute.....but the left one appears closer by the filming angle, so slightly bigger??

@john-smith. the one on the left is a 6x6 right is a 6x8. Yes, you could put both baggers on one machine it would just increase the price.
