Eric glad you’re back on KZread! Great design and build.
Great job brother!!! Very nice invention
Wow, amazing work! It does seem kind of cumbersome to mix your substrate and then scoop in in up top..
Thanks Mayer’s 👍🏼
Welcome back
This is just too damn kool!! You is a frustrated inventor, Eric.
Nice project. It would be good to have a machine like this
excellent
Awesome stuff

No joke, now that my grow is moved out im putting all my efforts into developing time/labor saving equipment for my next operation that gets fired up early 2019.
I want to make that!!!!!!!!
Nice work. I was pondering construction of something similar if I ever started growing on a larger scale.
I byu all the pieces. How to install it all? Any scheme? Thank you for spreading knowledge!
I need a Manuel book or video to show how to assemble the bagger and water mix machine. From the parts purchased from you. Thank you Matt

This is the video showing how it should look and operate. You just need to buy the pipes from a hardware store.
Is it just me or is it taking everyone forever to load this video, thanks FCC /SCUM. Cool bagger dude keep up the good work :)

Very true but worth the wait, thanks for sharing /respect
You better ask Gray Hughes if you're doing that right.
what do you think about getting soy hull for someone who doesnt have a bagger like this? i am able to purchase soy hull from someone near by but its not pelletized. i hear its harder to work with. the soy hull i can get is half the price of what im paying for pellets right now from mushroommedia and its getting expensive for my small farm
Bro, only one suggestion - you really shouldn't have that greens harvester blade hanging right there near you head. You know how damned sharp those things are, and you know accidents can happen. Really don't think you'd enjoy scalping yourself. By the way I was born and raised in the 915 and I too am working on developing a microgreens/gourmet mushroom business out here in Utah where I live now. I've followed your channel for quite a while now, always quietly rooting you on. Thanks for your passion and doing what you do (and thanks for your service!)

Its a good foot over my head but thanks for your concern. I like it up and out of reach. It actually needs to be cleaned and boxed up for storage since my farm is shut down already. Good luck with your microgreens op!
What is the make model part# for controller and valves
How much dry osyter masroom price in America and England.
hey dude what valve did you use here, if you don't mind me asking?
I spy a quick cut greens harvester.
Hey is there a manual version of the valve you are using? I want to set up a two valve system so I can fill a hopper and then have a measured length of PVC tube to isolate when filling bags. What would be the terminology for that type of valve? What are the ones that you purchased? Thanks for the awesome video. That is a well crafted machine!

Manual knife valve, typically used for black water on RVs.
how much water do you use?
Sticking with the barrels for sterilizing? You'd need 5-10 barrels to soak up a half day's worth of prep/bagging with this setup

My work day is more like one day a week after my full time job. So if I can bag and load my sterilizer in 10 min I'm set.

@@MyersMushroomsFarms Understood. With this level of efficiency I could see mushrooming as a viable income vs wrenching. You definitely have some options.
on the 9th minute you said that you will upload a video with insrtuction on wiring at the back of this electric tool. Please send me a link! Im now building the one with the added line for soy bean hulls. Thank you for youe videos! You're great.

@@MyersMushroomsFarms Thank you very much =)
Have any of your gate valves ever jammed? Or do they push through the pellets no problem? I know beet pellets are a bit bigger, hoping they wont be a problem.

Hey, Yes this unit would jam a a bit after a few hundred bags. I pulled out the bottom rubber seals and that helped a bit, and turned my regulator all the way up. I ended up taking this unit apart since i made my new all steel bagger and those valves work flawlessly since there is nowhere for the valves to hang up on being a square port and square valve blade.
Myers, If you don’t mind me asking how big is your garage? What’s the Sq footage your working with?

I see that you have a lot of cardboard, to let your bags stand up you could use them like in that image ( d3tbwp0i0qscck.cloudfront.net/images/products/cartongrandsverresg.jpg ) it's a cheap, easy and economical way to solve your problem
