Hi Edward, I have just watched your video and liked and subscribed....well done. One thing I need to be sure of is the following: my employer uses the risk assessment of probability x impact, but do not reduce the overall risk marking as the mitigation’s for that risk are achieved. So the risk marking remains the same until the all of the mitigation’s are cleared. I think this is incorrect and the risk marking should reduce as we progress through the process. Grateful for your response, and hope this makes sense. Kindest, Steve

Hi Debbie…your employer should include columns to record the expected probability and impact of risks post mitigation. If either the P or I is reduced, the risk score and priority should also reduce. Doing this allows us to assess the current level of risk after we have completed some mitigation steps.

You put the expected residual risk post mitigation. This is done in planning before executing on the mitigation plans

I watched your video on WBS and learned a lot on how to develop one , could you tell us how to distract all possible statistical Reports and Diagramms? could you also please share with us an example or template of Risk Report? is it different from the Risk Register?
