I moved into my new craft studio space in September of 2022. Since then, I have been working on getting settled and organized, which we all know is quite a process! We even added a full bathroom to the space...so exciting! I thought I would share an updated tour with all of you. I hope you enjoy! Everything that I could think of is linked below!

Ok a super cool thing you are doing that you completely breezed over was how you label the Alex units in the edge of the cut out for the drawer. Totally functional!

Hehe, yes, I wish I could just live down here. The lights in the drawers/cabinets actually help out a whole lot!
A year and a half ago, I created an office/writing/drawing/ genealogy room in the apartment attached to our house. I loved it! This year my sister needs to rent that apartment, so I have to relocate my special room to another (bigger!) room in the main house. Everything is out everywhere right now! But it is going to be real nice!

WOW Elisa!!!😀🎉🎉🎉 congratulations on your new extremely well planned, organized, beautiful craft room!!!😀❤️🙏🎉🌈🌈🌈I just moved into my brand new mobile home, I needed to downsize. I am using the biggest room for my craft room! I decided to put my desk area in the center of the room, I always wanted to do this before! I love it! So all of my cube units and cube organizers with drawers from Michael’s go all the way around the whole room, except for my two metal racks, that store, all of my stamps and dies. I still needed so many ideas for where to put things and boy. Oh, boy, did I get them from you!! 😀❤️👍🏼 I am definitely going to order the fingernail polish shelves, for all of my washi tape. I am also going to put up some wooden shelves with spice rack organizers for all of my acrylic, paints, and sprays. I wish I had seen this video before I moved here, I would’ve done a lot more similar to your room if I had seen it sooner! I would REALLY REALLY LOVE to know where you bought those lights that come on when you open your drawers?! How do you get them to work? That is the big question?? Thank you so so much for sharing your gorgeous craft room! I totally think you should teach classes, you have the best personality to do that! I was going to do that too, but about 10 years ago, but instead, I’ve had a few neck surgeries and other health issues that limit me to what I can do. But it’s all good, I know God has certain plans for me, I am just trusting in Him!!!🙏🙏🙏 I am sure He will help you accomplish all of your dreams and goals, He is good! Keep up all of the amazing work you are doing, you should be so very proud of yourself!!😊❤️🙏🎉🌈👍🏼 Liz

What a beautiful and functional craft room. I love the mix of vintage/colorful with the white, as it gives it more of a warmth than I've seen in other craft rooms. I have a small house so no way I can have something like you do, but I still do need to organize a lot better. So many great ideas! Thank you!

Totally appreciate your organizational aesthetic, I am the same way. I buy thing because I love how they look and I consider it a form of decoration. For me if it's out of sight, it's out of mind . Thanks so much for all of your videos and the time it took you to put it all together I really enjoyed your insights and reasonings for why you did things the way that you did and why you didn't opt for a sterile white design space. I love intermixing vintage or eclectic pieces! Have an awesome time in your awesome space!!!🥰😊

Thanks for the updated tour. Very inspirational. I am glad your bathroom is done. One thought comes to mind. I saw towels, all good for family. A suggestion for when you have classes....remove the towels, install a paper towel dispenser, and also a wall soap dispenser
@ScrappyWife
Жыл бұрын
That will probably look a little too industrial for me, but I can certainly put out some disposable towels as an option, instead of installing a whole dispenser.
@ColorPlanBsB

That's good, and a soap pump bottle on the counter at least. (It's more sanitary for a class to share) Both can be removed after class.

I love your new craft space. It’s well organized and perfectly suits you. I’m so happy for you that you were able to create this awesome space for yourself!! You could easily convert those two cabinets behind you to have glass doors in them. Your hubby is so handy. All you’d have to do is cut out that section in the door where it’s indented, and then replace that section with a sheet of glass cut to size. Easy peasy and wouldn’t cost much at all! Thanks for sharing your awesome space with us and for graciously sharing all your storage ideas!!

I'm so excited to see your new space. I've been with you since you just had a corner in a room. I love that you have grown and are so well organized. The clear storage is a great idea. Most of my bins are white and that works for me, but I can see the benefit fo your clear bins. I've just updating my craft space as well. i converted my one car garage a couple of years ago and outgrew the storage space very quickly. I've been adding new shelving and I love seeing what other crafters are doing with their space. What do you plan to make with the Glow Forge?
