This card trick fooled me when I first saw it! It's an easy trick to make and takes a little bit of practise to master. I will teach you this trick step by step.

nice routine ... that second count is called a Jordan Count .... it brings you back to Elmsley position. The original Elmsley leaves you in Jordan count position, so it is easy to practice both counts by alternating.

The Jordan count is different but the outcome is the same. With the Jordan count you count 2 cards in your left hand. They both go to the bottom of the right hand Packet. Then immediately push off 3 cards as one unit in your left hand and count the last card on top. I think this is easier then the variation he showed us.
That was brilliant. I watched the trick three times before seeing the reveal. I've got very basic knowledge of double lifts and fake counts but that trick just flowed so quickly. As your trying to figure it out the next section hits you, then the next. Didn't have a clue how you did it. Poetry in motion.
1:40 he couldn’t resist 😂
For Aussie and Kiwi magicians there's currently a great hole cutting device for sale at a discount variety store I love called Daiso. They sell all Japanese merch and everything in the store is $3.50, no kidding. Look in the stationary section, it's a white plastic device that kind of looks like a ruler with a compass attached. They are also selling small, flat, round, neodymium magnets about the size of a 5¢ coin in packs of 4 also $3.50, I bought a half dozen packs for various magic apparatus. Another thing I got there was some red bandannas that have a silky satin finish and a flowery paisley style print that could be good for magic too. Also, I tried their playing cards, and although the back design is pretty they're all plastic and are smaller bridge sized cards not really suitable for magic. Hope that helps. Thanks for the routine.
