    My intuition is telling me that you are a master card counter and it's not your intuition at all. It's your great ability to look at and count the cards you do see and deduct from there. Oh! And I wouldn't want to place any poker stakes against you. You are the man. 😂☺

    I knew it! Right from the start I was thinking the colors are involved. This is why when someone wants to show me a trick I ask them to shuffle the cards right in front of me right here right now. 90% of the time their trick will fail. If they refuse they lose. That's great when it's done in front of a crowd too. LMFAO

    Ah I had tried doing that trick some 5 years ago but I was missing the front flap and proper glue so that the back would easily open but properly close... But my box back was even better than yours : you can actually use the side flaps to build a sheath that controls the vertical position of the card entirely! (So it's easier to control that it goes exactly at the correct position) So much investment in building the gimmick and two packets opened for an epic fail 😅 From that I keep my practice of the deck switch that I got from a class taught by Shawn where he explains how he "learnt his lesson" about performing a deck switch in front of somebody as tall as Penn 😅 I still use that deck switch regularly for other tricks 😊 Maybe with the front flap, proper glue and OMG the second switch of course 😂 I'll find the motivation to attempt it again 😊 Thanks!

    I use a similar trick. Prefer my method but in both cases theres nothing "inexplicable" about how it works. To even suggest such a thing goes against everything that makes card magic cool. Because, you are the one who knows how to perform it. The fact you cant figure out how it works, is not an expression of "true magic", you just havent figured it out....which also is strange because theres nothing remotely "magical" bout how it works...you know how you know for sure? BECAUSE YOU CANT SCREW IT UP. So, obviously it works in a very "non-magical" way.

    that last one is great. i actually thought at first that ot was an old trick that i learned almost 50 years ago . its a psychological mental effect where you can show the cards in order, but switch 3 sets , and obviously you don't really switch them . However, if you turn the cards face up when you switch, ( try it !!) they actually DO SWITCH .. its crazy because at the start , you do the switch face down, but unbeknownst to the S , they were previously reversed , and they think that they really switched. Then you switch them back , and now they're completely convinced. For the kicker , you tell them you're going to reverse 3 pairs , but really you just put them A Thru K and then as you deal them down one at a time tell the S to say switch. When they do , you do the fake switch, and after the S says it 3 times , then you're ready to blow their mind with this : So you told me to switch 3 times and if you were perfect then you switched all 3 pairs of my cards back into the right order. And tirning up the cards one at a time , you prove that they are indeed A thru King again.. 🎩

  • @johndescy7904
    @johndescy79047 күн бұрын

    To be honest, I totally saw what you did. And I would totally ruin that trick because if you asked me to switch, I would switch and not do what you do, which very obviously isn't switching. And regarding the red/blue in the beginning: I noticed that, but it was so obvious that I figured you just misspoke.
