I love all of your content. Can you do a podcast on dieting towards bulking (I.e. protein intake, best breakfast/pre-workout meals)? I have been lifting for a while and I decided to go from 190-225 and I would love to hear your input for people in similar goal situations

There aren't any big secrets there man. The most important thing is to know YOUR body. There is no BEST breakfast, but there might be something that fits you perfectly. But also why are you arbitrarily deciding to add 35 lbs of bodyweight? You should never be aiming for a specific body weight. Aim for what looks and feels good to you.

I'm honestly not that much into bodybuilding - as far as building my own body - apart from legs, side delts and chest since those were always my struggles and the areas I thought looked the best when well developed. I'm truely fascinated though by looking at all "types" of bodies from the open classes to even other sports like basketball. I find it a bit inappropriate that bodybuilders get critiqued from steroid use when so many other athletes in other sports clearly are using them too - many of the guys in the NFL and even NBA look nowhere close to natural (super side delt dominant). I have no problem with that, only that people assume they got that big by having great genetics and hard work alone.

If you want to see a really great clip of Hani training someone besides a current competitor like Reagan etc. Go to the Motivation Maniac channel and find the video with him training Seth Ferocey (spell check) now before Someone in trollville says Seth competed blah blah blah. Yes I know he did. But, he hasn't had Pro-Tan on his ass in years. Hence throughout the entire video in-between sets he's so amped saying how much he misses this shit!!!! I mean to point out that clip to give Hani his due. I'll be right back with the name of that clip.....stay tuned kids......

I know there's a bunch of really great trainers. Chris "the technician" Aceto and Chad "Nickeless"Nichols and afew others who aren't worthy of carrying Hani's luggage to the hotel of his next show !!! Look how he fields some of these retarded questions!!! I'm in awe of his patience too !! I'm 50 years old. Competed since I'm 18 in the teen N.J.and several other local shows on and off for fun Got my certification through ISSA just to make afew extra bucks and get free memberships for my ex wife and I. Lol. So, I do it because of the love of the sport. When I stumbled into my first hard-core gym at the age of 16, I begged the gym owner to put me on something!!!! Lol.
