Maybe the most underappreciated bodybuilder of all time. I honestly don't see the arrogance that some people point out. I can easily mention a bunch of lifters who are way more arrogant than Phil and who are a lot more selfish than Phil ever was. Besides I think Phil is mostly an emotional guy and calls a spade a spade, which I respect. Phil is a great guy.

That help keep constant tension on the muscle in that case his chest so he’s chest don’t really have time to rest

Jay is more impressive to me, he was out of his prime while Phil was reaching his and still much larger. I can see how he would be annoyed. Phil seems like a kid mentally conversation wise from the video. Lol.

Cringe. Did you see 09 cutler? Far from out of his prime. Phil is nowhere near his prime here. Only turned pro a few years earlier. He was just learning the trade.
