And this gentleman is why he is the best.
Ben Pakulski 100% came up and gave you advice! He is solely responsible for my back going from complete shit to semi respectable. My man is full of knowledge.

Hany thank you. I always listen to your podcast so i can learn more
This video is awesome! I had a coach whom obtained his IFBB pro card and was a part of a seminar held by Hany in oregon. The coach had me on a ridiculous protocol for my first cycle and a generic diet and workout without change for months. Went from 190lbs almost stage ready to 250lbs fatty in 6 months. I learned a lot but at the end of the day cut the coach off and made better progress on my own thru research. Two years later getting back to stage ready with size and looking for a coach with more free time to give.

Yeah man. Some of these guys out here are complete hacks. Always listen to your body and intuition.
We all need a Hany in our lives. It took me to 40 to realize the importance of biomechanics. I’ve made the most progress in the last 18 months than any 18 month period prior. Great tips

Can’t wait for every episode Hany! Would love to see even more. As a master’s bodybuilder it would be amazing if you addressed coaching a competitive master’s athlete through all phases, training, nutrition, PEDs, unique health concerns and especially RECOVERY. Thanks for al you do
Man. I’m going to keep names out because it honestly doesn’t matter. But my first coach this year was someone I highly respect in the industry, and even after we “broke up” the respect of anything is higher because with his parting email he gave me some solid advice. Communication styles just didn’t mesh, simple as that. I’m now on my second coach and man I feel like he’s me, plus 20 years of experience and he’s helped me realize some of the things I was doing were wrong without outright telling me they were wrong. Probably going to keep going with him forever tbh I really respect his knowledge.
Really great podcast ,with a lot of information and tips.
Thank you for these 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🔥🔥🔥
Solid advice about training execution and bio mechanics! you're always spreading good info brother.
Thanks for such great podcast learned a lot .. Keep making such podcast to help us ❤🤙🏻🙂..
This is a great episode!! First let me say for our younger generations I appreciate the good solid legit information provided here (having a teenage bb) that’s important to me,…. Being a former competitor though picking a. Good coach is important. For my son deeply committed to bb and at 15 will be needed if a coach soon, you make some valuable important points.

🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏 ty so so much for pointing out those who have 1 competition under their belt & feel they are a pro and can completely coach you start to finish is just not the case.
Great info, thanks Hany! Can you go over what progressive overload is and give examples of it on your next video? I think some of us might confuse it with fatigue on the muscle and how to know when you're not overdoing it.
Nice great info!
Great video, but we need a Hadi update !

Love this episode!! It’s troubling though finding ‘value’ with a in-person coach and online…especially when the in-person coach doesn’t seem to have a ‘stable’ of athletes in the division I want to compete in…your buddy Matt Allen is just up the road from me, but he seems to focus more on other divisions than men’s bodybuilding…
MD’s who also coach BBers Online (like me:) have very limited time, but I still require training videos regularly (esp in the beginning) to assess form & app of intensity techniques. So many FT coaches don’t do this, bc it’s very TIME CONSUMING work, ideally they are 95% there but even with “adv. BBers” that’s rarely the case & often what’s missing. (Ex. Loaded, 1/3 ROM leg presses w/ their Brain 🧠 on survival not on Quad growth)
Very informative podcast. I remember finding a good coach who lived 2 hrs away from me. I’d drive to see him twice a month just to buy my protein and aminos, and pose for him and get in my car and drive 2 hrs home. I hated when he stopped coaching. When I had to coach myself, I collaborated with another client of his who I became friends with. I became good at coaching myself and coaching my friends as well. I don’t think enough emphasis can be placed on execution of exercises. That seems to have gotten lost somewhere in social media days. All I cared about was working out like my favorite pros I’d see in the magazines. Keep em coming Hany!
Thanks for such videos please more videos on such topics ;)
loving thr content
HEY HANY CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE A PODCAST ON IMPORTANCE OF SLEEP IN BODYBUILDING AND HOW MUCH QUANTITY IS REQUIRED FOR A BETTER RECOVERY AFTER TAKING ALL NECESSARY SUPPS
13:46 is a soundbite a LOT of people need to come to terms with
I am curious to know what Hany had studied at tge University? 1- hanys Field of study? 2- Does caffeine sensitivity happen? After how many years? How can we control it?
The truth ❤️🙏
Great video for sure. Makes me happy to realize I picked a good coach 🙌🏼
Hany is the Best
Make sure you get a coach that is familiar with the division you’re trying to compete In
Just you!

It automatically puts you on a two week free trail so you can try before you buy. There is also a $.99 first month promo as well. You can use “FST99”
Amazing, when is the app coming on android
6:02: I have been training for over 20 years (in both commercial and "bodybuilding/"hard core" gyms)and I can count on one hand with three fingers left over the number of trainers I have seen who truly teach their students proper form ( the 'does"" and "don't s"), correct form mistakes and work on the mind muscle connection. If every student every day is doing every exercise 100% correct, why do they need a trainer? The workout is more of a gab session about what was on Netflix last night. The truth is these trainers are acting as professional rep counters and paid Rent A Friends.
The “pick & choose” clients, drive me crazy. (Ex. Listen to you’re gear advice like Gospel, but think they “know” training) or (Follow training advice/programs perfectly but think diet isn’t that important). It’s like my hands are tied, so I’ve learned to go with the flow & except some guys will never jump in w/ 2 feet & just want to take/apply the info they like.
We really wanna know who was trying bent over raw with 1 plates and dying under your suggestions😅 and maybe he needs bit more assistance with spider curls…😂😂
Man if hany was my coach I’d be on cloud 9
A coach should look the part.

🔥🔥🔥 Great brand
💖💖
.. From my experience, most of the coaches I trusted and hired turned out to be narcissists with a poor work ethic, lack of concern to provide good service to their clients, and had no integrity .. Either that, or they were so dogmatic and stubborn in their beliefs that protecting their ego was more important than being flexible enough to listen to the client and try to modify their approach to find what works best for them .. Yeah, most of these so called BB coaches are just self serving assholes in one way or the other
Best coach on the planet , HAS NO TIME STAMPS ON HIS CHANELL SMH

Me personally, I would never hire a coach. The business side of the sport is disgusting. I feel like these people will kick you to the curb, and as usual, never address the big elephant in the room. That is steroid ABUSE. As mike mattarrazo said , he took a gamble , and it failed. The sport doesn’t make any sense in my opinion, and I think athletes should have complete power over their bodies, as well as how they market their bodies. This is just my opinion. I know nothing will change, and the evolution of the sport is just the way it is.
And artificial intelligences 😁;D
4:00 I disagree with hany on this topic. Learning how to train is so easy u can just learn it on KZread just search up joe Bennett. Also training isn’t the most important thing to make progress it’s probably the least as long as your actually lifting weights and not doing dum giant sets your fine and learning all this online is feasible. I learned everything I know from bodybuilding online and it cost me $0
My diet sucks.
