14 minute mark for the muscle imbalances.
This has instantly become one of my favorite podcasts. I can listen to Hany speak about this stuff all day long. You guys flow really nice. Great work keep them coming. Tons of information in these. It’s actually taking my training and physique to a much higher level. Thank you.
Q&A is back! Amazing content 🏆⚡️
Hany you’re a genius! We learn a lot just by listening.
being so busy on your schedule, you still got time for this all really man alot
Loving the volume! 🧡
Weight cap for mens, it's loosing it's touch best eg you have classic and one of the reasons why its so good. Just so much wisdom, thanks boss.

Love these pods the knowledge 👏 🙌 👌
Hany, the weight cap here in the Netherlands for Men's Physique is yourr height in centimeters minus 100 plus 10%. So If someone is 180 cm minus 100 = 80 kg + 10% = 88 kg. Nice episode!! Thank you both for this amazing 36 minutes!!

Interesting formula. 🤔
Hany really is the goat!
Keep more coming plze !!!
Thank you
I didn't know you were a fellow Capricorn Hany, but that makes complete sense !
There are more than enough divisions already. The solution to Men's Physique definitely is a weight cap like Classic Physique, only lower, where the trick of the division would be to save leg weight in order to play more across the upper body for that exaggerated beach bod look. As it is right now, Men's Physique is like Open with board shorts. They're gonna turn into a division of Derek Lunsford like upper bodies. It's honestly a little weird. I don't mind it, per se, but I don't get it.
Thank you so much for these! Very valuable content. Love them. How long do you think is a “correct” off-season be between shows to get the most out of it?

Q & A is the best thing for Uz😊😊😊
This was a great episode love the QA
Your podcast with Derik you talked very briefly how adding fats when you carb up changes everything. Can you elaborate more on that
Thanks Hany! I got a question: while contest prep, is it advisable to add rice cakes with jam or muffins on high day or its better to increase amount of rice and sweet potatoes?
Yeah,Arnold Masters Mr.Olympia 2023.He 's got my vote. See Arnold running with Hany!!!😎👍💪running and pumping
Thanks hany sir for valuable information 🙏 You're the LEGEND of industry.🐐
Hany.. I agree with the insulin use 100%. I also understand eating is huge for growth. BUT, let’s not gloss over how important growth hormone is for getting past your genetic form. Obviously, guys with the best structure more so aren’t the biggest, so they will need that period of hgh. Now, if your in the period, wouldn’t you need insulin because of the fact where hgh hinders your natural insulin?? Edit: Only use hgh if your professional and trying to achieve professional goals. Also, even when you start incorporating tons of food without hgh, you might need insulin.. No?? Thank you Hany. Your the Goat.
Hi hany, question: how can manage good conditioning while in offseason or calorie surplus and how to fix it up if you getting too soft and wanna go back to better conditioning thanks very big fan of you!!!
1 supplement would be Vitamin D and K 2 maximizes Magnesium Levels. Mag Malate is a great form.
id enjoy seeing you put Derek and Nick through a leg workout
Lot's Of Love From NEPAL ( HANNY SIR 🥰 )💕
I had the sleeve gastrectomy and cannot eat much in one sitting. Trying to lean bulk, is it more important to eat as much as I can in one sitting? Or focus more on meal timing? Thanks Hany 🙏🔥
What would be proper timing intake for liposide and carnigen when we are doing cardio after the workout?
A weight cap in physique sounds good. Problem is the guys will just not train legs at all to fit in. I assume the IFBB would prefer the guys to grow into classic. Bottom line is it's up to the judges to limit the size of the class. Brandon is not the biggest guy. Problem I see is where the biggest guy seems to win many of the smaller shows.
Definitely weight cap men's physique
I live in Santa Cruz, Ca. I was wondering what your thoughts are on a NORCAL Muscle Beach. If you think k it could be a good idea to think about working towards? I've been kicking it around for the past few years. Any thoughts?
Is protein or carbs more important for retaining muscle in a deficit?
Wich pre-workout would you recommend that has creatine?
Is it a good idea to train high volume like 25 sets (or little more) per body part in a week and 6 days a week and then add a de-load after 5 or 6 months because its really hard to gain muscle as i am training for 4.5 years natural and maintaing around 20-21% bodyfat.
I hope Regan is watching. Here is my question how long should your PCT last after a 2-3 months cycle on Prop, EQ, T-bol, Anavar & M1T ( ran prop with Anavar and EQ with T-bol and M1T) gained roughly 25-30 lbs. But felt horrible. Second question, what do you recommend for detoxing kidneys?

EQ can be the culprit in this if you’re sensitive to it. I can’t take orals for longer than 4 days at a time because of lethargy. Blood work will be your friend in this.
Men’s physique definitely needs a weight cap. Otherwise they need to create a second division but I think a weight cap is the way to go.
Issue with weight caps in mp not that i care about mp but the guys with good legs (far and few) but they’d be punished heavily. Legs are a very heavy in comparison to the rest of ur body right and the guys with good legs would have to be so much smaller upstairs n therefore encourage em to not train legs at all which is not really what bodybuilding should promote right?
My stronger side is smaller so should I apply the same technique?
How to get the muscle hardness?
Hey Hany, what are your thoughts on resistance training twice a day? I.E legs in the morning and chest and tri’s in the evening

He talks about this somewhere, it’s all based on your body’s ability to handle recovery and if you’re eating well and sleeping well.

Hey Hany my muscles make crinkling sounds hen I stretch. Almost like a cracking sound. And is it unhealthy or can it bevreeversed?
Hany you judged my last show "The Golden State" in Sacramento in 2019. I did men's physique masters 45+. I am almost 52 years old now 5' 10" 175 lbs competed at 160 lbs. I want to compete more but getting discouraged because how big guys are getting. Us smaller guys don't have a chance anymore let alone turn pro even at a old age. We definitely don't have a voice on capping people's size.

Hi Troy I definitely didn’t judge the show. I’m not a judge. I was a co promoter to the show back then. Also I don’t think I could sit still for a couple of hours let alone all day between prejudge and the night show. The judges have a tremendous job with judging all the different categories. About the cap. I agree it’s difficult without a weight cap. We will have to wait and see if anything is implemented in the future or a new division is created for the “smaller guys”.

@@hanyrambod_FST7 ok sorry I thought you were judging but do remember you there. BTW I've been only using Evogen products since 2015. I feel like the new girl you added to your roster. I only wear Evogen clothing and use the duffle bag at the gym and people think I'm sponsored but I do tell them to try the products
Problem with weight cap in men's physique, would be that people would stop training legs. I don't think the IFBB would like that.
Wow I didn't know that you have a channel 😯😱😱😱😱😯😯😯😯😍😍
Hany why you’ve hidden other q&a videos, thats goofy
Yeah Really I Agree.. The Weight Cap Should really Have to Be There... i was Thinking The Same they Look Infact Bigger Than CBum Some of Em..!!!
1000% there should be a weight cap. As a lot of new crowds and followers come to engage with the sport, it’s confusing when you see mens physique body builders looking bigger than classic physique dudes 2 weeks out of show 👀 There should def be a cap or another division. Great video though 🔥🔥
💪
Good idea to make timestamps Hany.

There should be another division because we’re past the point of no return with mens physique. Put a weight cap on the “model physique” division. Everyone is a mass monster these days.
speaking of classic physique, I think Andre should move up, he may only need a few adjustments, obviously it will need hard work but very possible
Could anyone have looked at Nick at the start of his career and predicted he was going to get huge?
They should keep going till their "Board Shorts" fit no more 😳😮
Cratique the Sadeek physique 🤔
👍❤❤❤💪👑👑👑👑
Have you ever had someone with such a weak body part that you only trained that body part and nothing else?

No
Their should be a cap. I fav years was 2015/16 maybe 17. They’re too big now
II think they should just do away with physique at the Olympia level.. make ‘em all just compete in classic.. keep physique in the other shows like Arnold and the other pro shows.. but Olympia just have open and classic and that’s it…
Where is my thimble😢
I disagree about seeing whether someone will be successful based on their look early on. Look at Nick Walker. He looked horrible in his first show. 160lbs, stringy, arms overpowered his physique. Didn't look like he had very much potential at all. Now he is nearly perfect. Then you have guys who look phenomenal, then quickly decline, or just never really come into the "prime" that everyone thought they would.

Thata why all those guys who are too big for mens physique need to be forced to classic!
There should be a height : weight cap in physique.. Looks weird mens physique guys weilding open class shoulders with classic size arms and ugly triangly back and bad forearms and no calves.
