Hany, the weight cap here in the Netherlands for Men's Physique is yourr height in centimeters minus 100 plus 10%. So If someone is 180 cm minus 100 = 80 kg + 10% = 88 kg. Nice episode!! Thank you both for this amazing 36 minutes!!

There are more than enough divisions already. The solution to Men's Physique definitely is a weight cap like Classic Physique, only lower, where the trick of the division would be to save leg weight in order to play more across the upper body for that exaggerated beach bod look. As it is right now, Men's Physique is like Open with board shorts. They're gonna turn into a division of Derek Lunsford like upper bodies. It's honestly a little weird. I don't mind it, per se, but I don't get it.

Hany.. I agree with the insulin use 100%. I also understand eating is huge for growth. BUT, let’s not gloss over how important growth hormone is for getting past your genetic form. Obviously, guys with the best structure more so aren’t the biggest, so they will need that period of hgh. Now, if your in the period, wouldn’t you need insulin because of the fact where hgh hinders your natural insulin?? Edit: Only use hgh if your professional and trying to achieve professional goals. Also, even when you start incorporating tons of food without hgh, you might need insulin.. No?? Thank you Hany. Your the Goat.

A weight cap in physique sounds good. Problem is the guys will just not train legs at all to fit in. I assume the IFBB would prefer the guys to grow into classic. Bottom line is it's up to the judges to limit the size of the class. Brandon is not the biggest guy. Problem I see is where the biggest guy seems to win many of the smaller shows.

Is it a good idea to train high volume like 25 sets (or little more) per body part in a week and 6 days a week and then add a de-load after 5 or 6 months because its really hard to gain muscle as i am training for 4.5 years natural and maintaing around 20-21% bodyfat.

I hope Regan is watching. Here is my question how long should your PCT last after a 2-3 months cycle on Prop, EQ, T-bol, Anavar & M1T ( ran prop with Anavar and EQ with T-bol and M1T) gained roughly 25-30 lbs. But felt horrible. Second question, what do you recommend for detoxing kidneys?

EQ can be the culprit in this if you’re sensitive to it. I can’t take orals for longer than 4 days at a time because of lethargy. Blood work will be your friend in this.

Issue with weight caps in mp not that i care about mp but the guys with good legs (far and few) but they’d be punished heavily. Legs are a very heavy in comparison to the rest of ur body right and the guys with good legs would have to be so much smaller upstairs n therefore encourage em to not train legs at all which is not really what bodybuilding should promote right?

Hany you judged my last show "The Golden State" in Sacramento in 2019. I did men's physique masters 45+. I am almost 52 years old now 5' 10" 175 lbs competed at 160 lbs. I want to compete more but getting discouraged because how big guys are getting. Us smaller guys don't have a chance anymore let alone turn pro even at a old age. We definitely don't have a voice on capping people's size.

  • @hanyrambod_FST7

Hi Troy I definitely didn’t judge the show. I’m not a judge. I was a co promoter to the show back then. Also I don’t think I could sit still for a couple of hours let alone all day between prejudge and the night show. The judges have a tremendous job with judging all the different categories. About the cap. I agree it’s difficult without a weight cap. We will have to wait and see if anything is implemented in the future or a new division is created for the “smaller guys”.

I disagree about seeing whether someone will be successful based on their look early on. Look at Nick Walker. He looked horrible in his first show. 160lbs, stringy, arms overpowered his physique. Didn't look like he had very much potential at all. Now he is nearly perfect. Then you have guys who look phenomenal, then quickly decline, or just never really come into the "prime" that everyone thought they would.
