No, I’m sorry there is something deeply missing from Cameron, he’s not right. His voice is so weak and he’s so emotional and yet has these weirdly high standards for who he’ll date as his friends pointed out. Nothing wrong with an emotional man, but his outbursts always seemed off. Honestly I think Lauren couldn’t think of a real reason to break it off and kidded herself into thinking it would be alright.

Alot of it can always be that we only see a portion of things on TV... He comes across to me as trying too hard. Like maybe he feels uncomfortable and self conscious in front of the cameras and comes off a little too intense. He doesn't know where to look, act, so he is the doting husband; Oogling her and touching her when in doubt.

Of course she knew she was going to say no the whole time! Do you expect them to make up their mind on the spot during the wedding? The show obviously wanted to have it seem that way, to habe the big decision during the wedding day, so they forced the couples to walked down the aisle and decide them and there. Kelly and Kenny publicly said that they knew they were not going to get married long before the wedding day. But the show didn’t want them to break up during the dating period. They had to walk down the aisle & Jessica clearly didn’t want to.

After thy went to Mexico they were obligated to follow through with the experiment till the altar. Jessica told mark multiple times that she doesn’t feel it but she was forced to go to the altar and mark just wanted to make it work despite knowing Jessica doesn’t feel attracted.

I agree with you, I don’t think he was being possessive. I think he’s very organized, probably perfectionist and like to be in charge when it comes to work and other aspects of life, but he knows that relationships don’t work like that so try to be different “like the perfect guy” and it gets confusing and awkward and that’s probably why he acts the way he does. My boyfriend is just like him and I feel bad for him sometimes.

It's not surprising a lot of women prefer husky deeper voices on other women because that's more masculine ergo more attractive to them. I agree!! I never felt the spark on his end, I still don’t think he’s in love with her! His body language is so clear, even on Ellen! It’s like he’s settling because she’s “hot” and crazy about him. It’s sad how desperate she made herself look and even more so after the wedding by getting back with him to “take it slow”. 🤮

One other thing I picked up on, that I'm surprised you didn't mention, is the fact that Jessica legit had a freaking meltdown when trying on wedding dresses at the shop. She kept saying something along the lines of "This doesn't feel right" over and over again like a broken record and she felt like she wanted to immediately get out of the dress even though she said it's the one. Fast forward to the wedding day and she's wearing a different dress. I knew before she opened her mouth that she was going to say no.

I love how understanding and forgiving you were of all of them, especially Jessica, who has likely received the most hate. I was really surprised by Kelly’s comments about being accustomed to guys with abs and darker hair... She came off surprisingly superficial around the end, but I think the editing of the show gave us odd and unforgiving glimpses of some participants. Great vid!

Yes. I was actually glad she approached the situation like she did. The amount of hate Jess received was INSANE and nasty. As as I disliked her behaviour, I felt so bad for her when I saw what people were writing to her. And I guess that is the reason Mark til this day doesn't really bash her in public. He probably knows what she is going through.

@@X_Raine_X I think they might be American Conservative, not Gianna vibe, but from the way Damian defended their choices in the show I don't think he thinks of his family as toxic, so it must be the family that doesn't recognise Gianna. Think about it - zero holidays spent with your bf's family. I wouldn't date a guy too long without meeting his mother, because that way I can read all I need to know about how the guy was raised.

It's common in Latin cultures to be ready to settle down at a young age. The men are usually family oriented and strive to work hard to start a family. I think that's why Mark was so desperate to get married.

I used to like Jessica in the beginning because she seemed to be building a good connection with Mark but she treated him like a second choice hoping that Barnett would propose to her. It was only when he told her that he wasn’t going to choose her that Jessica started running back to Mark.Tbh I don’t know what irritates me more the fact that Jessica was/is just using Mark when she clearly isn’t interested in him or the fact that Mark is BLIND and can’t see her true colours.🙄

She was clearly in a rush to have children , and get married at her age. I’m pretty sure she was hoping for Barnett. And it was so unhealthy for her and fake to pine after Barnett and still try to build even a friendship with him after he already had his girl. She clearly has some insecurities because she clearly strung Mark along and he was too hopeful to realize

Yep! I’m surprised she hasn’t been analyzed yet. Really amateurish, junior high, mean girls behavior! Grow up! That remark was offensive by Shallon so don't encourage her.

That's so true. Dated a guy who was "such a good match", but had no chemistry at all. I really really tried to make it work, but eventually he saw that, so we broke up. Chemistry is MUST.

My favorite part of this video is when Shallon drags Amber for her “I’m one of the guys” act because that is EXACTLY how I felt watching the show. I’m high maintenance/a girly girl and I love it. I’ve known plenty of girls like Amber and they always make me cringe with how loudly the feel the need to shout it from the rooftops. I always think...why not just ACT cool and chill and let that speak for itself!

I actually read that jessica tried to get out of the wedding multiple times but the show wouldnt let her which is probably why she didnt invite anyone because she knew she was going to say no and had no other choice

She's way too immature to be getting married. She knew it, her family knew it, and Damien figured it out eventually. I don't think she deserved to be humiliated like that though, and I lowkey think Damien did it to punish her. Amber: drove me mad with her clingy ness. Was actually quite surprised Barnett didn't mind that. The bi guy: (forgot his name) was so crossed and upset for thinking Diamond didn't accept him for who he was when in reality he was the one not accepting himself.

I just realized I had the *ick* for my on-and-off again boyfriend of almost two years. He ended up cheating on me because I kept breaking things off, but something deep inside of me always knew he and I weren't meant to be, despite how much he loved me. I did half of the things Jessica did. I tried to sabotage our relationship so many times, so that he would leave me, and he never did. It wasn't until he cheated on me with my best friend that we both left the relationship for good, and to this day, I never knew what was behind that whole dynamic. Man, it was so fucked up. On both sides, but especially on mine because I became really vicious towards him, and it slowly started becoming a vicious cycle of outright toxicity.

You don't want to be bragging. That is such a turn off. You should ask the other what was your greatest moment when you felt best about yourself. And if they spend 15 minutes telling you and they turn to you ask the same thing - then you might have a chance of mutual respect.

I believe “the ick” should always populate your video in every relationship forum. It’s like women have a problem accepting that they don’t like someone, it’s always questioned and like we seek validity to justify why. Amber gave me the creeps and totally did the Meghan and Harry isolate and separate, yup! Amber was desperate. She chased Barnett, not the other way around. She said multiple times that if Barnett ever left her she would track him down. Barnett literally would only say he liked her because she liked him. He never stated that he loved her or wanted to take care of her. I’m super surprised that they are still together. Jessica and Mark were in totally different playing fields. They were in different life arenas as Shallen would say. She owned a house. He still lived in an apartment with room mates. She had an established job. He had an okay job. I really didn’t like their dynamic. Jessica was fake and Mark was such a push over. Ugh.

I was in a relationship with someone I wasn’t physically attracted to. Two years I won’t ever get back. The irk factor was always there no matter how much I tried to look past it. I just got used to his love for me, his devotion, etc but I always knew that the minute I found someone that had that “it” factor I would leave him and I did.

Jessica needed to be pulled from the show and driven to an AA meeting. She was embarrassing to watch.

I agree with everything, except for your opinions on Cameron. He seems really genuine and sweet. He might seem clingy to some, but I personally love a man who expresses their love and attraction.

One thing that really floored me about Jessica....as soon as she came on screen is that she had a ‘type’ and that type was athletes or something. She then admitted that maybe she won’t find the perfect guy that meets all her high expectations but that she needs to settle down. Assuming she has been on the dating scene since she was 18. That’s 16 years of dating the same sort of guy and having it fail over and over again. Surely, you’d get to a point about 5-6 years in when you need to re-examine and update those juvenile-sounding standards? But no, she continued on the same path into her 30s. This girl needs to be honest with herself and have some insight. But Shallon is right, she has none.
