As a German: he is very very accurate and very very well informed (for a foreigner). I admire that. Respect that.

Just so you know: Germans and Austrians have a sort of love-hate relationship.

Voll sympathisches Video!

Very nice guy, and pretty good informed for a foreigner. There's nothing wrong, also the basic differences in mentality between Germans and Austrians are worked out well ;) But there are so many other differences between people of different regions, especially in Austria. And so many quite different dialects, some of them even hard to understand for Austrians from other regions (e.g.: Tirol, Vorarlberg). Germans by the way don't understand most of the Austrian dialects 😉

As an Austrian, I think that was pretty good summery. Glad you liked the food, one of the differences between Germany and Austria is when you set foot in a bakery. Also well done to pick up on all the accents here, that couldn't have been easy.

now u hopefully see the difference between americans and germans: inivitations and appointments: in america ppl invite somebody to come over and just say it zo be kind, but in germany an invitation is taking serious...why inviting somebody to be kind? doesnt make sense, either u come or u better have an excuse! Thats promising without a promise. why keeping up a fake friendship? either u r friend and meet each othe from to time, or u see each other once a year or even less. U compare rokjraut os sauerkraut? just a bit sweeter? no Ok its both a type of cabbage, right but red cabbage is way different to white cabbage (which is the fermented and turns to sour cabbage)

Funny how Austrians feel the need to say they are better than germans but I don't see a single comment from a german person saying stuff like "Germans are cooler" "Austria sucks" etc. I think that says enough
