It ain’t the same bro. The saltines and illegals done took over Uptown, St. Roch, Algiers Point, and it’s too hectic Downtown and out East. My family owns all our homes Uptown. If you lived in the New Orleans starting in the late ‘80s all the way up to the couple years after Katrina, then you seen way worse than what’s been going 2020-2024. The only thing that’s way worse than when we grew up is the carjacking shit. That’s totally outta control
