Thank you. I have studied so…so…many spiritual paths. The other day, I asked Jesus to help me put all of this together. Two ACIM videos popped up on my feed and as I listened, I realized that this puts all my paths into one way of living. I ordered a book and started my journey yesterday. Sending you love and light.

At least part of it >>> I could never ever ever get rid of anger issues .... once I decided to ABSOLUTELY TRULY UNDERSTAND CHRISTIANITY - I learned and understood " give your life to Jesus" -- I gave my life and my mind to Jesus.... I felt a strong beautiful divine love sort of "enter me" from my head down... :o :O It was beautiful and exquisite... Over the coming weeks and months.... my mind, spirit and soul started to change >>> and I have basically completely lost all anger issues ALL of them without me doing any more "therapy" or "work" or whatever. So yea -- I am going to learn and study ACIM now. It is the real deal.

Eckhart Tolle lead me to this and I wish we all remove our barriers to love!

ACIM was a book that given and shared by word of mouth in the beginning. I was given the book ACIM in 1983, it was my secret, I didn’t share, because I was still trying to be a good Christian. In 88 I had become a partyer, you know sex, drugs and rock and roll! I made a bold move and left Idaho and moved to Hawaii. There I would sit on the beach and read the course. I did the daily lessons and meditated. I walked everywhere at first, I looked at people passing by as God, but they didn’t know that. So I made a blessing in my greeting, when I said “Hi” to people I used the acronymn for “Holy “H”, and Instant “I”, HI”, in my daily greetings and encounters, to be a blessing. I went to Study classes, but after a few years I stopped. I didn’t want to see the book become a new religion. It’s a very personal journey that must be lived, not a book to be memorized and preached. By just being, spreads the message.

Despite my interest and intermittent practices of ACIM, I have never read or heard an explanation quite so whole. Well-done and so needed. Until I found the Circle or Atonement, ACIM seemed elusive, fragmented, difficult to understand and disorganized. The way Robert and Emily teach in a dialogical manner is so enlightening. They make it practical, inspirational, doable. I never knew there were so many tools to be applied and so much peace to be achieved. If you are interested, go to their community.

This is what I believed and knew as a kid intuitively when my mom taught me about god , then I read some of the Bible when I got older and it ruined my view of him it made me anxious when I prayed and feel like I had to be perfect or an atheist. I hope this can bring me back to my old beliefs

Oh, my God...the final part when they discussed vision. I experienced it 8 years ago when the woman, my partner, really tormented me and tried my patience for months. One day she suddenly burst into a brilliant light. When that happened, I burst out laughing with joy that lasted minutes. After that experience no matter how difficult she became, I can no longer see her as anything else but a divine being. Today that is how I see everyone, even the challenging ones. Excited to see when the vision will become permanent. Oh, 3 months ago I was treated to another divine experience. I left everything, wandered the streets with no money, but I was taken care of nonetheless by Jesus. They even made sure I could hear them telepathically. Prior to leaving everything, my phone glitched and filled the screen with the message - Only love is real...everything else is illusion. I still struggle. Life can be difficult, my house burned down last December. However, it's easier now because they also told me love and fear cannot co-exist. True Story.

This is great, thank you. I studied the course intensely for about three months letting go of hidden resentment, pain, anger and guilt, from what, at times, felt like generational conditioning and fear. I approached the work from the perspective of the self and allowed all that needed to arise to do so naturally. I was taken by how much of it….trauma/belief etc….was held in the body. Most of what came up was relational, yet, no matter its nature, it always circled back to self forgiveness and love. I can’t recommend doing the course so intensely, as I’m not sure I was prepared to experience Reality so abruptly. I can say it was beyond miraculous though. Bewildering is probably a better word to describe my experience! I recommend studying the course if it resonates, you’re a sincere seeker of Truth, and most importantly, you’re willing to do the work. It NEEDS to be experienced and not just understood intellectually, otherwise, you’ll just fill your mind with more concepts. Wishing you all well. 🙏🙏

​​@@gregroth4696I've heard various teachers use examples and principles from ACIM to bolster their own teachings and it seemed like something I should check out. Go to the source, as it were. But I simply can't conceive of a "separate" creator God "out there" that is something that can be referenced to or talked about. I've been seeking that in my direct experience my entire life and I just can't see or experience anything like that. Churches, temples, gurus, books, many many countless deep meditations over 20 years, humbling myself in prayer hoping for some "answer" in my darkest moments, nothing has elicited a knowledge like that for me. Even if I had some intense vision of such a thing, I don't know if I'd be able to believe it because how could something that is absolute not be beyond subject/object division. So if I was able to observe something outside of myself (even in a vision I'm beholding in my inner awareness, something like an object outside of myself as the subject _over there_ ), how can I be sure of the validity of that?

This was well-done. I was raised in a fundamentalist Christian home. I didn't believe in any of it but boy did I get a grounding in the King James Bible! At bible study (yep, I was forced to go until I was 18 and left for college) every single person my age had read every word of the Bible. When I read a Course in Miracles, it was a revelation to me. I read the entire book in a few days, then the workbook, then the teacher's manual and then several fascinating books by Ken Wapnick about the Course's view of time, etc. When I went, with much excitement, to my first formal class, I was stunned. Not a single person, not even the instructor, had read the whole book, let alone the rest. After some more experiences, I eventually came to the conclusion that C. in M. fans just wanted to get together and blather on and on using C. in M. words and special terms with no understanding whatsoever. Sad

That's a super interesting observation. Did you stick with it? I imagine the folks that are able to approach and absorb it most quickly, also have the potential to best help guide others in their understanding. It's a dense book, well worth reading "on repeat." I hope you've been able to enjoy its blessings in ways other's may have not been able to. If you can, that would be a beautiful thing to share.

The course is more than a book to read, it's about learning to forgive that which we think we see. We all come and learn in our own way. Maybe try forgiving what you think are the short comings of others. For myself I practice the course daily slowly with an open heart for the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Yesterday, I prayed, after a fashion. I've been feeling miserable, wanting to get things done, sort my life out, follow my purpose but always something stands in my way. And I'm getting tireder by the day. Yesterday, I looked up in despair, and said loudly "If I'm meant to be more than I am doing, or feeling right now, please show me the way, cos I'm lost and hurting😢." Today, I came across this. I have all three of the Course in Miracles in my book case. Have tried numerous times to do this but always overwhelmed. With this 60 minute lesson, I feel I'm more equipped to do this and to finish successfully, enjoying the process.❤❤ I will definitely be visiting your website. Thank you so so much for your kindness and your ability to explain so succinctly and yet eloquently the meaning of the Writings. ❤❤

I first found the audio book and listed to the whole 8 + hours all the way through while organizing my clothes and closets. Perhaps if you listened to the audio book, it would be easier to get through. I now have the workbook and it has impacted me tremendously.

I have been studying and practising the Course for over 20 years and this summary is SO GOOD! Thank You!!

The message behind seems so simple, but yet utterly profound.

I have often felt that Jeshua spoke this course just as he spoke when he walked this earth, in parables. Meant to have us dig deeper for the understanding and meaning that is "right" for us for where we are. I think the Workbook took me over 2 years to complete because of having to re-read sentences over and over and over again. Then miraculously they made sense through "Feeling" not necessarily through intellect. I do love how you have outlined this, explained the course and I will recommend for anyone picking up ACIM to listen to your video first and then read the book.

I found the audio book when in need of a true miracle for my son-in-law who was dx with schizophrenia. My heart broken for my daughter, him and the 3 small children, I prayed and prayed for a miracle. ACIM has been a miracle.

My mom had schizophrenia. My childhood was brutal not because of her schizophrenia but because we grew up in poor violent neighborhoods and trailerparks. She could be cruel at times but I learned that it WASN'T HER FAULT, it was the chemical imbalance in her brain, and I tried to just love her and be there for her. His kids will be fine as long as your son gets help and you are there for them. I learned so much about love from emphasizing on my mom's condition and life- she needed me. His children must learn that they choose to have a parent with such an awful illness before they were born (tell them when they are ready), and they must learn empathy for their dad. Never let them say they are a victim, instead let them know they are lucky to have an early opportunity to show love and empathy for someone who is very ill. Whether their dad has a serious physical disability or a mental one, he still has a disability and they need to learn empathy for others not as lucky as they are. God bless! They will be fine! Live a good life and think good thoughts! Walk in beauty with all around you! ❤❤❤

This leaves me in a state which is only potential in you." (Jesus ACIM T-1.II.3:10-13) I believe that "the nothing else" about Jesus is that He never took on an ego. That is because He had "nothing that didn't come from God." This is one way we know that the Voice in ACIM is Jesus. Who else but He has an egoless voice? Fortunately, thanks to Him we learn to smile at the ego knowing that it is only an illusion. Finally, the Son of God has remembered to laugh. I’ve heard of this but never looked into it bc of its religious undertones. It popped up and I decided to give it a try - I’m always looking for new ideas/perspectives. I am so happy this found me. It gives me a new perspective on my religious journey as I have shunned the notion of organized religion (funny I still go to church for my husband and am active in church) . This God and your interpretations align more with my values.

I think it’s a transitional process. I have known I was a spiritual person from a very young age. I attended church religiously through my fourties, mainly due to children. Years ago literally found me and I am so grateful.

I, too, was put off from studying ACIM the first time it came to me because of Christian terminology. But if you read a booklet called "Clarification of Terms", you'll realize that some Christian terms have a very different meaning in ACIM to traditional Churchianity.

@@Leaving_TheMatrix The Course in Miracles Complete Edition text (published by CoA) gives dozens more examples and re-definitions of Christian terms. I've been considering re-reading and compiling them all, there are so so many in this edition.

According to a Course in Miracles God ONLY creates what is real, and further it defines what is REAL as eternal, never ending and not changing! Look around... What in this world meets the above conditions...? It is true that god is NOT a punishing God, however, A Course says that he has setup the divine law of “Cause and Effect” so there are consequences. And finally, it defines Hell as; “The absence of awareness of GOD’s presence” As a student of the urtext, FIP and OriginalEdition ( easiest to read)of A Course for the last 25 years, and a follower of Circle of Atonement for years. I can unequivocally say this Video is Robert’s MASTERPIECE!! It should be turned into a book with Beautiful illustrations! By the GRACE of GOD, Stay blessed, Everyone. Robert-

I have heard about the course in miracles for a number of years now but never truly understood what it was truly all about and since I know no religions of any kinds my entire lifetime now I appreciate your explanations about this. I have always felt off about religious folks who preach about the love of god /source/creator but do not live a loving and truly forgiving life and that are in constant judgment of all others around them and professing condemnation for those who do not abide by their words,teachings or standards. I really felt very close to all of what was stated in this video. Thank you for sharing about these teaching. I had an experience in 1997 & have been on a Spiritual path ever since. I’m now two years into the Course and it has completely changed my life. Be sure to get the workbook for students. Also, you can find videos on KZread where the book is read aloud. Some of the videos are longer, some shorter, but that is because they are read at differing speeds.

I finally understand where a feeling of guilt that I have been trying to figure out my whole life has been coming from. My physical father was punishing due to his being convinced that he was bad (seperate ego identity). So that identity got punished into me and my believing the same about me caused me guilt, which begged more punishment which caused in me walking around with a constant dread and fear of when, where, from who or what that punishment might show up. This teaching, as I Iistened I felt a release and opening from a state of clenching fear because the longer I went without bad things happening to me, the more the fear built up because my mind told me that getting too much good in my life meant a bigger compensatory punishment had to be coming at any time. So to release the guilt from all the good, I created bad so instead of feeling fear, I could tell myself a story of bad things happening to me and if bad things were happening to me that was punishment enough so I did not have to feel fear. 😂 What a crock of S#%+. It's like a refrigerator has been lifted off my shoulders. 😅 Thank you for this at-one-ment. This means that I am already the one. It is done, the guilt, the punishment, the fear, it is no longer my identity. It is time to live free. 🎉

A direct experience of God (Revelation) is the last step of ACIM, but the first step in what is beyond the course.

I really really really need God so much, a good good Father, I need a miracle healing, my brain and body systems are all needing a true healing touch from its maker. Why am I so scared of God and so scared of punishment? I can’t bear this anymore. I haven’t slept or had a normal bowel movement for over a year and I’m so sick and stuck in trauma because of what my body and brain are doing to me. I am desperately seeking healing. I’m assuming you have tried things like flax seed oil caps or caster oil abdominal packs/ in your belly button with a bandaid on it? (Easiest way). Caster oil can be taken orally as well. Please read up on it or many YT vids. Don’t try without research as these are potent helps to most. Enema can do it too - idk much about them but search for extreme constipation enema help/ advise.

@@eyeshalfwayopeneyeshalfway2603 yep I’ve tried all of that for long periods snd many many many many many more treatments. If you can think of it, I’ve tried it I guarantee you that. This has ruined my whole life and I’ve been avidly searching and researching everything I could to try to get my life back since it all started.
