For this recipe you need:
For dough.
🔹️ (1 cup) 200 ml of warm milk
🔹️ 1 egg white
🔹️ (half a pack) 5 grams of quick yeast
🔹️ (1 tablespoon) 20 grams of sugar
🔹️ (2 cups) 240 grams of flour
🔹️ (half a teaspoon) 5 grams of salt
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 25 grams of butter
inner filling;
🔹️ 1 onion
🔹️ 1 clove of garlic
🔹️ (3 tablespoons) 30 ml of vegetable oil
🔹️ 120 grams of ground beef
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 2 grams of thyme
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 2 grams of black pepper
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 4 grams of salt
🔹️ (2 tablespoons) 30 grams of ketchup
🔹️ (2 tablespoons) 30 grams of mayonnaise
🔹️ 1 tomato
🔹️ 40 grams of cheddar cheese
For the above;
🔹️ 1 egg yolk
🔹️ (2 tablespoons) 20 ml of milk
🔹️ sesame seeds
🔹️ for those who want to try, bon appetit
180°C (Celsius) = 15 minutes in a 356°Fahrenheit oven

Советую Вам, с дрожжами быть внимательнее, в этом рецепте их излишек большой... лучше уменьшить их раза в 3, и по времени увеличить ферментацию, чем в кишечнике всё будет бродить... в этом существенное отличие итальянских пекарен... долгая ферментация, но вкусовые качества супер!

This recipe is similar to Bierocks…only adding cabbage or sauerkraut to the meat mixture, as well as substituting mustard seed and prepared mustard for the ketchup and mayo. I will try this version now, since some people don’t like cabbage. Thank you for the recipe!☺️
