Necessary materials.
2 onions.
1 pinch of green onion leaves.
500 grams of spinach.
1 pinch of parsley.
1 glass of kefir, 200 ml.
1 tea glass of water, 90 ml.
1 teaspoon of salt, 8 grams.
Let's separate 1 egg white for the dough and the yolk for the top.
3.5 cups of wheat flour, 420 grams.
1 teaspoon of butter, 15 grams.
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 12 ml.
Let's make 9 equal meringues.
FOR FILLING.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 5 grams.
1 teaspoon of salt, 4 grams.
1 teaspoon each of black pepper, cumin, mint.
You can add hot or sweet pepper according to your desire.
Let's add 1 tablespoon of kefir and vegetable oil to the egg yolk we have separated.
Let's mix it up and brush it on.
Let's scatter sesame and black cumin seeds.
Let's bake in a 180 ° C oven for 25-30 minutes.

I'd add crushed garlic to the onions and feta cheese to the vegie mixture as well for more flavour. Great vegetarian recipe but my hubby likes a bit of meat occasionally so adding some chopped up bacon/ham would keep him happy.☺Cheers from Aotearoa New Zealand.

@@Mica-ui6dp Hola Mica Supongo que el kefir se consigue. De hecho hace un par de años me regalaron para reproducir en casa. Fui y soy bastante haragán para eso. Yo lo supliría por yoghurt natural. Y si podés hacerlo casero mejor aún. Saludos y a tu disposición para lo que necesites

Здравствуйте! Скажу всем,что это очень вкусно.Но.... Поскольку моя семья не очень любит с чистой зеленью, я ее смешиваю с яйцом, либо с творогом, либо с сыром и немного майонеза. Без лука репчатого. Кто не хочет заморачиваться с тестом, купите готовое или использовать лаваш.Готовьте, приятного аппетита. Привет из Беларуси. Добра всем людям.

Mmmm....This looks so delicious, healthy and easy to make, as my mouth is watering and i will be making this for my family .Im Italian, but born here in USA and i love Turkish , Isreali , Morraccan and Indian food , it is so delicious and i never get sick or tired of eating it .Very addicting , and a most exccellent dish .Good health to your hands my dear .Thank you fir sharing your recipie here , and all the best to you .God bless you always .🌹💖💖🎉

Your recipe looked great as did the finish product, I tried your recipe but I added diced potatoes as well as diced carrots, I left out your green veg, I put grated cheese instead. The family enjoyed it very much.
