    Thanks for sharing I can relate to what you are saying. I been kinda stressed lately dealing with someone who won't leave me alone. Told him how I feel I am setting boundaries.wont get to much into it. But stress can do a lot to the body. I usually listen to calming music. Talking helps some but I rather not talk about my problems. I worry I may obsess over it. You been a big help thanks.

    I deal with anxiety mostly. It gets bad sometimes. I’m looking into therapy.
