The Story of Valmet

Valmet celebrated its 220 years of industrial history in 2017. As part of the anniversary, we decided to capture both the great and long history and today’s modern Valmet.
The documentary tells about Valmet’s 220 years of industrial history linked with events that occurred in the history of the world. It also describes the insights and solutions that modern-day Valmet has been built on. The documentary is a story about how to rise to the position of market leader and how significant the hard work of past generations is to the success of the present-day company.
The Story of Valmet is presenting both former and current employees of Valmet and there are also external experts sharing knowledge about historical events and development of Valmet from different point of views.
The documentary has been made in collaboration with Valmet and Parad Media. The original version was introduced in the Finnish television channel MTV3 in the spring 2017.

Very impressed by path traveled by Valmet and his human team to achive stand out before problems and solutions and maintain the leadership as a bsuiness today.
The paper machine that Valmet provided to China in the 1950's is still running well in Guangzhou Paper Mill today.

Now the paper machine you mentioned ran very well in Jiangxi Shangrao, which produced testliner and the average reel speed could reach 1200 m/min !
