So she knew all this time that her boyfriend produced drugs and was completely OK with that, even visiting the lab premises. I can't believe the judge would think she was this innocent girl that was manipulated by her boyfriend. Was she also manipulated when she bought expensive stuff with the drug money? I think not. She was fully aware and OK with that. She was willing to get those men killed so her boyfriend can come back to work soon and keep financing her lavish lifestyle. What a despicable woman. She should still be in jail.

Harley, you accuse Rob of bad grammar like you wrote a perfect paragraph. See, there is a problem there, you used no punctuation, conjunctions, or even simple capitalization to mark the stop and start of a sentence. Rob simply used text messaging short hand. If you can edit your post to have at least an elementary school level of writing skills than your argument should stand. If you can't than you're as dumb as you sound.

she is a victim, for sure. she is also guilty. i dont think anybody saying she's innocent, but turning full state witness, and the obvious influence of her (connected) career criminal boyfriend (who was found innocent in this matter???). her punishment was overly severe, and the actual guilty party got nothing. (and is now living care free and happy again in society, doing "jobs" for mates - set up, got cash) whereas who knows what happened to this woman. living in witness protection somewhere. nah, your fingers pointing at the wrong person i'm afraid. australia should be embarrassed, although it has a lot more than this to be embarrassed about.

Once you understand that beautiful women are first and foremost going to place THEMSELVES above everyone else, you’ll never be surprised by what they are capable of. They always feel as though they are “settling” when it comes to men and lifestyle. They firmly believe they can always do better than their current situation and won’t lose a seconds sleep throwing someone under the bus to get there. They are put on a pedestal at a very young age and remain there as long as their looks hold out. Once our girl saw her lifestyle getting ready to hit the skids, she turned on him to protect herself.

No. They care more about the gender of the criminal than the actual severity of the crime that had been committed. Italian authorities used to do the same thing: They always treated the wives of mafia bosses they caught like versions of „innocent sweet mother Marie“ - until some day they found out that many of these wives took over the „business“ after the arrest of their husbands - and wound up acting way more ruthless than their husbands had ever been. Australia still appears to be in need of learning that lesson.

The sort to quickly jump on the bandwagon of exterminating jews or join up for war in relish. How is trying to kill two people who will put your husband in a cage for life 'in cold blood'? Moreover, they even played calls of her breaking down over it. It's not clear you understand the metaphor 'in cold blood'. Why would you bet the farm? Where's the evidence? You realize this is an entertainment show right? Not journalistic investigation of everything that happened. Probably not the best place to look for info to support a farm bet. You're just as stupidly superficial as the judges. Only you resent what was used to let her off. Because she would never fuck you.

You actually just went ahead and did exactly the same thing to Derek as you claim he was doing. Derek was working off of a very robust moral statement and drawing upon statistical facts. It should never be permissible to murder an individual if your own life is not in danger. Anything else is barbarous. It's you who needs locking up for the safety of the rest of us if you can't agree on that very fundamental axiom of civilized society.

  • @slowpoke126

+anton slavik "everybody knows"? What does that mean? Everybody in nazi germany 'knew' jews should be exterminated. The analogy is certainly used emptily all the time, but it can still function very well in many cases. How is it possible that human beings felt it was okay to do such things to other human beings? The fact that most view this as the worst thing humans have ever done make it perfect for making analogies. For instance, if you want to argue being a traitor is intrinsically bad, how is bringing up the idea that being a traitor in Nazi Germany would make you a good person, not a valid point? The desire to attack all analogies with nazi germany is usually the weak minded person's desire to stick to the same petty beliefs they were given, i.e. to stick to what they were told was 'good' or 'bad' just like nazis. When did I say what she did should be permitted? I attacked his view that it was in 'cold blood'.What statistical facts are you referring to? She tried to prevent two people from putting her lover in a cage for life, how is that 'cold blood'? You just assume the very things you wish to demonstrate. You draw this silly line between putting someone in a cage for life and killing them. Would you really consider someone who kidnaps a person and locks them in a cage in their basement for life morally superior to someone who kills another? There's certainly an argument that we need to lock her up to keep the rule of law functioning, but the attack on her is disgusting, unless you want to attack her for being a stupid bitch, which is exactly what the court concluded,.

Some posters may not like the op’s comment but there certainly can be bias - especially when a young and attractive woman is the perp as in this case. The bias is often unconscious - studies have shown that even other women (and hetero women so sexual attraction is not the motivating factor) will treat the attractive young woman more favorably when it comes to a punishment or criminal conviction. It has to do with how women (especially young attractive women who look “innocent”) are viewed as not being capable of committing crimes, especially violent crimes, without a man directing it in some way.

Therefore she must be sentenced and it seems the judge decided to look for extrenuating circumstances to reduce the sentence.
