Only just started following the sport at the age of 32 but I got to say these guys are the most humble beasts on the planet. Truly inspiring and great role models brilliant attitude and the kind of people I can support. Stay spicy much respect 👍🏻

Every time the Stoltman brothers are outside without shirts on, I want them to post the temperature in the corner of the video. It always looks extremely cold.

Watching this and not one of them were listening to the brothers tell them how to do the log press properly clearly weren’t using there legs , typical fitness KZreadrs lol love the brothers unreal

I thought the same with the girls too with the stones.... "Don't bend your arms picking up the stones or kiss bye bye to your biceps" then the first two girls proceeded to pick them up like a forklift truck lol. Not gonna lie, I was waiting for an injury, glad there wasn't one.

I love this. Shows how true athletes behave, through this entire video everyone was encouraging one another with a bit of a razz here and there. Love to see this again with more athletes.

I watched Matt's video after this session... he was WRECKED. Now I 1000% see why!

Basic principles of a press when Max repping 1). Initial lift to your lap. 2). Stabilise weight 3). Snatch to shoulders using your legs and bring your elbows forward 4). Stabilise 5). Drive the weight up using your legs, extend the arms and catch the weight midway through its extension then utilise the arms to finish the work the legs started It’s called a catch for a reason

What great fun! I've only started going to the gym since last year and strength training since Feb. Doing this for my sons as well so when they get older they can join me. The best thing for men in my opinion. My middle son has Asperger's Syndrome and sport is not his strong point, but this might be something he will enjoy in the future.

Not an experct and never will but the fact is that went down with my shape hard after last 2 years and been a bit down. Seeing you two it is inpspartional to me to get back on my feet and go for proper training. Hope I will make it :) Best of luck and all the best :)

I'm just now getting into strongman competitively. I have been a fan for a long time but I thought I had to be like 6'4 and 400lbs to compete but I found out they have weight classes here in America. My first competition is in April of 2023. Hopefully one day I get to meet you guys! I'd like to meet Eddie and Brian one day too! All of y'all seem like the coolest guys to hang out with on the planet.

Tom demonstrates how to correctly do the log press. All of them proceed to do it wrong.

This made me feel good about myself. I did a 120kg log on my first training session with a log with very little amount of general strength training as my background.
