@Albert Piike If my memory is correct, I believe their Grandfather was from Poland and moved to Scotland after WW2. The 3 Stoltman brothers were born in Scotland 2 generations later. That would make 'em Scottish. Think about it.... nearly ALL of the world's strongest men come from the DNA genepool of the countries in Europe and Asia that encircle the North Sea, the Baltic Sea, and the Black Sea. Compared to the whole Earth, that is a VERY small area of land where the vast majority of the world's strongest sprang from. So is Poland so different from Scotland? Me personally...that causes me to have very strong feelings of kinship and brotherhood with the indigenous peoples of all of those lands and countries! It is TRULY sad indeed how the corrupt American government is fiddling with Russia and Ukraine, poking and inciting bankers' contrived drama and espionage. As usual, trying to incite war between brotherly nations where THE PEOPLE have strong bonds with one another. I'm SO SICK of the globalist elites who've wormed their way into political power all over the globe, using and exploiting and LYING to the good people of our nations, to pit brothers against brothers, in their evil war games.

The way Tom looks at Harry when he's lifting heavy reminds me of the pride Luke has when watching Tom lift. It's gonna be awesome to see Tom's reaction when Harry starts winning comps!

Luke is the most supportive brother to both Harry and Tom when in training 🥰 and I’m sure outside of training too 💪🏼

Thechnique wise his brothers can help him out for sure, but I think Dan should be there to teach him about that.

Man I wish I could train with you guys so badly...

You should have a look at how Mateuz lifts the stone, he rotates it past his head to the right shoulder, rather than straight up to the left. It allows him to keep it high up near the shoulder throughout the lift.

Hey Luke I've noticed Martin Licis actually wrapping his knees over knee sleeves during his squat training. Licis has become so smart about protecting his body from injury while training so he can "compete" as pain free as possible. I thought about you when I saw this and wanted to share it with you. I heard you say that your knee hurt during log press about a month or so back. But anyway, knee wraps can be aggrevating but applying them over your sleeves can give you DOUBLE the support and protection while training squats and even during overhead pressing movements. HAVE YOU AND TOM THOUGHT ABOUT HIRING A HANDLER LIKE "ROMARE" TO HELP MAKE YOUR TRAINING AND COMPETITION EASIER ON YOURSELVES? HE COULD WRAP YOUR KNEES, RUN ERRANDS AND HELP WITH FOOD PREPARATION. HE COULD TAKE SO MUCH STRESS OFF WHEN YOU GO OUT OF TOWN TO COMPETE. ROMARE HELPS MARTINS SO MUCH. MARTINS IS ACTUALLY BETTER BECAUSE OF ROMARE'S ASSISTANCE. HIRE SOMEONE WHO'S SMART, LOVES STRONGMAN AND LOVES YOU AND TOM. HOPE THESE 2 TIPS HELP. GOOD LUCK.

Really love this content guys! Harry is really beginning to look the part. That 160kg stone looked easy. Now it's like Harry is joining the training more than just watching his brothers and do his own training in the background. Luke is the glue that keeps that wee group of brothers together. Being the youngest of 5 boys I know how easy brothers fall out but Lukes calm and caring side is key. They don't know how lucky they are to have an older Bro like him. Love the Stoltman brothers and wish all 3 of them the best in the future.

Lukes core is monstrously powerful and makes huge gains year on year.
