For a while it looked to me like Luke was struggling with his breathing in heavy lifts, tension in the neck. A problem I have due to a couple of slipped discs in my neck. Not seeing that happening anymore. Looking a lot more comfortable with the bigger lifts, breathing stable, not seeing tension buildup in the neck keeping your head down. Smashing it! I've got Autism myself, along with ADHD, super fun combo. And a bad back and neck, remnants of a rough childhood. When I get down in the dumps, workout videos of the pair of you always helps get me motivated to get back to the gym and keep getting stronger. Keep working to overcome problems that have always held me back from being my best. Will 2022 be the year we see a 1-2 finish for the Stoltman brothers?!?! Can't wait to see how well you both do!!

These two are definitely stronger than this time last year, just looking at how routine everything is becoming... I want to see you legends push those boundaries again. I remember the prep for 2020 wsm and 2021 wsm especially, after every session you were fried. Now it's looking easy. Tom is already 2 time bsm, Luke has already made 2nd place at the arnold's and is going to smash Europe's again and with all of this time to train, Tom is going to be a beast at world's. I can not wait!!!!!!!

A lot is to be said about upbringing, as some kids have zero discipline and have the attitude that “ why should i do it, thats somebody else’s job” , then they get arsey if you ask them to do it , because they are spoilt and not used to being told what to do. Saying that, it’s not always the young guys! Another pet hate are idiots dropping dumbbells from height, or smashing their deadlift down from knee height with no intention of trying to control it. Im blessed to have my own gym, too, so i don’t need to be around these people👍🏻

I hope this comment doesn’t get buried, but you guys should look into Olympic weightlifting straps for the deadlift ladder. They go on and come off a lot faster than any other type of strap and those couple seconds could easily make the difference in points. They don’t help the grip as much as figure eights or regular straps of course, but it’s much easier than hook/double overhand and a lot safer than mixed grip. For Luke at Europe’s I think the deciding factor in points will be whoever gets the first three pulls the fastest, and I think 350 with the Olympic straps is doable for him.
