not when you have stronger aura than them. Yes they will do petty things out of jaleousy, but with strong aura you appear to be a Unaffected Strong Elephant and them as barking dogs.

I found myself very emotional when I filled my heart with the green and pink light. I'm not sure what happened but I felt the need to thank you for this meditation.

Distorted thinking is the result of repressed trauma from church in childhood unfortunity leaves us with grave mental health issues...this is what I am trying to work through with professional therapists, these sites and feedback from people like you...thankyou. I believe I am healing and it has to start with my thinking

Same here, i can't even talk to her for 5 mins!! So much toxic she is!! feel sorry for her sometimes but i can't help it, i have tried to make her understand things, but she doesn't listen to me ! So i let it be ! I am on my own journey and she on her own. ✌🏿

Hi Sandra, I have happen to chance upon your video. Thank you for sharing your guided video for the audience. I would like to make enquiry on the meditation process, during this process, there are times we can have many passing negative thoughts at the beginning. Could you advise on how we can better concentrate during the meditation process, together with regulated breathing process. Can this be used during walking meditation process in forested areas with penetrating sunlight? Your advice would be much appreciated. Thank you

Sandra Rolus Thanks Sandra its been a challenge especially because its twin flame connection lol but the other night after alot of space we did a synchronized meditation where we both saw ourselves at beach then we hugged/embraced each other and connected our hearts and sent loving/healing energy to each other, it was beautiful then we texted each other our experience we had :) Twinflame on top of all these major planetary shifts, wheww haha def a challenge. I am In A Relationship with an harming manipulative restrictive and narcissistic person, I am 18 and he id 28,He kept me away from all my friends and family and prevented me from seeing them. I live with him for over a year, and I want to gett out from here. I tried over 3 times to get out but didn't succeed, every time I funded me there again.. Help! am a lecturing person , so I don't think I can do it alone.. Does this meditation can help me to get out? Or, can it make him to not love and want me anymore? 😔🙏
