  Wow, I just did this meditation and I felt tingles over my whole body, especially in my hands and womb area. It felt like powerful energy surges. And when I finished the meditation, my whole body was energetically alive, I got dizzy from all the energy when I stood up. I never felt this connected with my energy body before. And then I started having hiccups which I have not had in a long time. I am definetely doing more of this meditation. Thank you Sandra. ❤
