My life has been taking a turn now. The times have been tough. Diagnosed with tuberculosis, pneumonia, developing a small cavity in lung and a stone in kidney. I cried practically through the entire thing which I felt was part of my release.

Today is my third karmic release meditation and 'all of me asks for more.' Each time I hear, feel,see and remember myself and others in quick glimpses and the forgives process grows deeper. Events in the outer world confirm 'change' as I am living more in my centre and not caught in old patterns. I turned 74 on 8th May and celebrate finding renewal life and inner Peace in 'all meditations Sandra presents'. Deepest gratitude and Blessings

I cried right at the end. Wanted to cry throughout, but couldn't, but felt the release at the very end.

Im getting changed in positive direction.... Cried when i realised as i had reacted to my short time girlfriend behaviour and it ruined our starting relationship ( she is back... she is from far away)... I subconsciously was seeking prove of love in her behaviour towards me... Now after having done a few meditations, i wouldn't ve reacted like that..... I d messed it up and its gone forever.... I also lived full of guilt after she d gone...

Just done this meditation, I cried a lot when it came to all the various ways of being killed or killing others. I know this is past lives, it explains why I had continual nightmares on this area. It also explains why I can’t tap into my spiritual gifts and afraid to use them. This meditation covers everything and I will be using it regularly to finally get rid of all the baggage. Beautiful and essential meditation for everyone! I believe I came across this video not by coincidence. I needed to do this to take my spiritual practice and awakening to a whole new level. During this session I've felt extreme uncomfortable, then I figured out its cause I'm holding on to the negative experiences and energies, I've found comfort in them even tho they're not doing me any good by still being attached to them and I had to let go and get out of my comfort zone for my highest good , thank you sm for this , I've tried multiple karmic release meditation and this one felt the most powerful, thank you for sharing ur gift with us and giving it in ur platform for free 💖
