The simple habits to improve health today | Dr. Michael Mosley & Prof. Tim Spector

Ғылым және технология

After the tragic news of Michael Mosley's passing, we are re-releasing his episode. You can watch the full episode here: • Dr Michael Mosley: Do ...
If you had to do just one thing to improve your health, what would it be?
Our busy lives mean it can be difficult to keep up healthy habits, and with so much conflicting advice out there it’s tricky to separate fact from fiction. In today’s episode, Jonathan is joined by medical doctor, journalist, and presenter Michael Mosley, who is alongside ZOE regular Tim Spector, to discuss Michael’s key habits to improve our health.
Michael’s book ‘Just One Thing’ explores these habits and has seen him speak to singing scientists and eccentric iceman to healthy habit experts and evangelists. And of course, being Michael, he tried every habit out himself. We talk about which methods are the most effective, which he has incorporated into his life, and how he makes his new habits stick.

Michael unknowingly became my Dr when, for 18 months, my Hashimotos was undiagnosed. He changed my health around with his books and programmes because he taught me the link between leaky gut and health. There are hundreds of thousands of lives he touched. RIP Dr Mosley - so sadly missed by so many. Huge condolences to his wife and family 🌹🇳🇿

Absolutely agree. Dr. Michael will ever be missed. My uncle did breathing techniques and loads of other methods. He lived till he was nearly 99. (He started Dixons PC World). When Covid got him ,he could not understand why he could not enjoy his food. I was going to visit him but the nursing home needed covid permission. On the 7th April 2020 he died having never been sick in 99 years even though he smoked 80 a day ,drank alcohol and stayed up late into the night gambling in casinos into his 90's.
