My friend from Ireland praises the EU and what it did for Ireland. In the 60s he said Ireland was almost third world country. The EU contributed 40 billion dollars to Ireland and made it a first world country. He loves what the EU allows him to do in Europe.

Well, please tell your friend; it is time to payback. The American Congress gave the Irish the American indigenous white potatoes which saved Irish from starvation. The United States Congress allowed Ford Motors to export American automobiles jobs to Ireland.

The EU got back anything it gave to Ireland. it has full access to Ireland's massive Atlantic fisheries for decades. The EU always gets back what it gives, with extra.

And that is a fact. One just might have hoped it did not need that history of war to come to this conclusion. And it is still threatened as you can see with UK leaving.

Perfect! ... And we shouldn't forget to always remember his word's! (A build up takes long, destruction is quick, - we need the EU now more than ever to stand strong, firm and united.)(Be it even without NATO.)
