The Stylist gave this woman this haircut... BECAUSE this is what the client wanted. Everyone is saying how it’s hacked, or that the stylist should have made it more feminine vs a masculine haircut. Reality is, clients know exactly what they want. You just have to do your job as a the cosmetologist and do your best to bring their vision to life. I learned this the hard way. I would feminize these type of haircuts on my mature female guests, they would go ballistic and demand that clippers to be used and permitter to be solid like a men’s cut.

Another great thing she said that made my day was her daughter in law and YOU were the best, wow, too cute and that she takes the clippers to her own hair, that she's been cutting hair all her life, God bless her, I hope I'm just like her as I age, even better yet would love to see my 90's and be so hip, funny and beautiful! I just love clients like Grandma Twila....the stories they have to tell you from the past. One lady who attended a Military School I know. Back in the sixties had to have a mandatory braided pony tail or hair bun Being sporty and did want to have to go though this routine daily ! She, had to seek her parents permission to be cropped by the school Barber at the age of 12. I was informed i have been cropped for 52 years !!!!!!!

oh my this is the best video I have seen that warmed my heart,please tell her how much I am in awe that she is so cool&hip!I can tell you, so many woman in their 60's&especially 90's do the once a week roller set, I LOVE HER CUT&HER! They do that to my mother in law so they don’t cut often.

I am 70 and I don’t want a man’s cut,,never did like real short cuts....I hav a medium ,layered bob,,perfect for me.....

Poor old gal she is going to dizzy when she gets up from the chair, there is a leaver at the bottom of the chair that stops it from spinning. Try it out.

I was going to say she must know how to cut her she’s like me I get real picky

I am a grandmother and I am not fat and this is my favorite hairstyle for myself. It looks great on her, especially since it is what she asked for. You go girl!

This is beautiful WHITE hair. Not GREY. And this is a nice MAN's haircut. Sure its easy. 90% of males have easy hair to maintain. I'm sure if you really knew the woman, you'd give her a cut that was flattering even to a 90 year old and she would not look like a man.

I'm 75 and a retired hairdresser in California this is the worst haircut I've ever seen! It's too harsh for her! She could have it short with more softness. I would have been ashamed to even post this! You might as well just use the Clippers all the way around her head! This looks like a terrible do-it-yourself chop job. Horrible . This lady could get a better haircut at a barber shop.
