Ingredients:
► 300 g flour (3 cups)
► 70 g sugar (1/3 cup)
► 1 tbsp baking powder (15 g)
► 1/4 tsp salt (1 g)
► 1 tbsp orange zest (6 g)
► 115 g cool unsalted butter (1/2 cup)
► 1/2 cup milk (125ml), plus extra for brushing
► 1/2 cup heavy cream (125ml)
► 1 egg
► 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 ml)
► 160 g fresh or frozen cranberries (1 cup)
Cool completely before glazing.
Glaze:
► 130 g powdered sugar ( 1 cup)
► 2 tbsp orange juice (30 ml)
Oven 375 F / 190 C 20-25 minutes
