► 8 tangerines + 1 for juice
► 3 eggs
► 100 g (2/3 cup) sugar
► 10 g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
► 100 ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
► 50 g (1/3 cup) melted butter
► 150 ml (2/3 cup) water
► 14 g (1 tbsp) tangerine zest
► 14 g (1 tbsp) baking powder
► 220 g (1.5 cups) all purpose flour
► 20 g (2 tbsp) powdered sugar
► 1 pinch of salt
Oven: 355 F / 180 C 40-45 minutes
