Great vid as always bro. Much love!! To my knowledge, you don't have a super active social life (besides your girlfriend) but I'm kinda struggling. I'm really trying to grind with my work, grind in the gym and the kitchen (bulking rn), and not indulging in PMO, while using basically the rest of my free time for family time. But I don't do anything with people my own age and it's kinda getting me down. I have some high value friends who live quite far away so it's not easy to see them, and the other people my age in my life indulge in the bad addictions (video games, frequenting bars etc), which I have essentially eliminated from my life. I wanna cultivate a good group of friends who are on a similar pathway to me, and also find a girl who's not partaking in the destructive behaviours. Do you have any wisdom you can pass down to me? I appreciate the love bro! To your point, I definitely don't have a very active social life- especially now that I've left my friends/family behind to move to another country. That said, the best way to meet people who like doing what you do is to keep doing what you're doing. If you want to meet people who love working out like you, start making friends at the gym. Walk up to someone, compliment them on their physique, ask them for some pointers and/or a spot, and then see if they'd be down to get in a workout with you sometime. As for work, meet people who are in the same field as you, if possible. If your work is primarily online, then it doesn't really matter whether they're online friends or not because you won't see them in person much either way. In short, stay locked in, but not closed off 👍🏾
