Your set-up decor, lighting, and the overall vibe or ambience of the video are quite compelling, creative, rather sophisticated, and inviting. I am very impressed with the quality and workmanship of it all. I hope you continue to do well with your sobriety and recovery journey, and thank you, again, for sharing your wonderful capabilities with so very many people. Seek peace and prosper. Crazy dreams, ghostly shadows, strange sounds. Total lack of peaceful sleep. One of the main reasons I go back to the bar after 3 or 4 days. Amongst other reasons of course. I've been an alcoholic for over 15 years. Sometimes I think I'm just going insane but since watching just a couple of your videos I now know that it's just a side effect of alcoholism. Going to keep watching. Thanks.

Drinking dreams are a blessing, even when they dont feel like it. In fact, dreaming at all is a blessing. I know. Was rx'ed an antidepressant, that didnt work, but robbed me of all dreams. Getting off it was scary, as it induced episodes of sleep walking. Slowly coming back via LOTS of healing meditation.

It is popular belief in the rooms of AA, that we alone are powerless against our alcoholism. We must employ a power greater than ourselves. For me, this was the principles of AA. For some it's God. The point is, we come to believe that a power greater than ourselves can and will relieve us from the cunning, baffling, and powerful force of addiction. I surrendered my will and my own ideas, and started taking the suggestions of alcoholics anonymous. It worked. Thanks for sharing Ryan, keep coming back brother.

Sorry to comment again but man today just fn sucks. I was fine all morning / last night until i started getting these panic/anxiety attacks later on in the day. Back to back to where it just feels like a long big one. (Which that's what she said) lmao but no seriously I'm fucking defeated and i have no one to talk too about it who's experienced this bs. Whenever i get out of this hell-hole. I'm helping whoever i can not to fall into this mess. I was too stupid to quit when i was ahead time and time again and now I'm just miserable. Would exercising really help me out alot with anxiety & p.a.ws? I know it's a dumb question I've seen so many people say it helped them heal. It's just been cold out lately but at this point idgaf I'll run 10 miles in the freezing rain just to escape this shit-hole.

In my experience, physical exercise always helps with anxiety and depression. I feel exactly where you're coming from(that's what she said.) Just relax brother, everything is alright. Have you considered medication for anxiety and depression? Prozac works. We used to drink alcohol and use street drugs as an attempt to curb these undiagnosed symptoms of depressing and anxiety, in my personal opinion. I'm not an advocate of most prescription drugs, but sometimes modern medicine delivers, and I think that's the case with Prozac.

@@SoberJames i appreciate it man. I went to a mental health hospital and talked to a doctor and she gave me some meds for anxiety. I'm gonna try them tmrw. What helps me in a weird way when i get panic attacks n anxiety now is to just let go and try to make myself pass out. The worse part is I'm just anxious for no reason. Idk what triggers it. It's just comes and goes. I hope it is the paws then that means i can keep pushing and eventually it'll pass by. But going thru this is the slowest year ever!
