While RA was sacking managers for sport CFC was racking up domestic and euro titles. High flying Arteta was close to being sacked and many of the most respected managers have been sacked in their careers. It's not a Chelsea thing it's a footballing thing. Truly Elite managers are extremely rare and Most managers are over rated. The key for CFC is to bring in a truly good or great Manager. This will change the current state of team performances. No one can write this team off.

Yeah, you only want to mention what you want to push as an agenda. You forget that they have reached a domestic cup final and are in a semi-final. You fail to mention that this season they have a higher win ratio than last season, that by all metrics they are supposed to be 6th and that they are still in the race for top 6. You failed to mentioned how Tuchel struggled to make top 4 in the 2021/2022 season and how he didn't want to cooperate with the owners on transfers. I mean its not like they decided that he should go out of nowhere; he didn't buy into their vision and we know that alignment between the manager and the owners is necessary for a club to thrive. You fail to mention that the only reason why this season they are in 11th is because of the multiple injuries to their key players and the fact the slow start that they had due to the fact that it is a new squad.. You are not different from those pundits at ESPN and Sky Sports who spew thrash on our club all day. While I concede that bringing Potter was a mistake, I can also argue that they thought that he could replicate the rebuild that he did at Brighton and Hove. What I can tell you is that Chelsea have an elite squad. These kids can compete at any level and beat anyone in the Premier League. Anyways, I will come back to this video at the end of the season to laugh at you.

Tuchel deserved a longer leash though... If they kept Tuchel till now they would finish 6th twice, spent money better and gotten a proper core by now. I would say that they still have the players but they're expecting 6-7 guys to take a worldclass leap in one season instead of trying to buy solid pros for half the price.

I still think BlueCo is a joke of Footbal owners, but Pochettino is a good appointment and will turn things around,

Yes, billions on new players. You forget that those new signings are all boys. This team is like a body with no spine, no foundation, no creed, no character. You can't build a week-in week-out winning team with a bunch of boys. There has to be at least one veteran in each department, as in- Forward, Midfield, Defence, and GK. But well, it cost money when you take in a senior veteran player and the owners clearly don't want to cash in if there is no profit, or no source in order to streamline a particular player, and they're clearly not willing to this model in the transfer market. In short, yes, spending billions on players, not winners.

2 things 1. Look more into why Thomas touched was sacked. He was sacked because of his relationship not only with the management but also the players. AND A WHOLE LOT MORE 2. You say these players have no incentive to play better because of the 8 year contracts! These new contracts are literally INCENTIVE BASED PAY. The better they perform the more they earn. They are all being paid way below the average player last year and will have to succeed to earn their pay so your logic is false.

They have already shown their quality going tow to toe with man city. Outplayed Arsenal and Liverpool earlier in the season. They are just incredibly inconsistent and they need an elite goalscorer. Consistency will take time and they are probably getting Osihmen in the summer. Two bad seasons while there has been massive changes and turmoil ain't so bad. Arsenal haven't won a title in 20 years. Chelsea fans? No, that's us, who have supported the club for more than 50 (FIFTY) years. Back when we were mid-table club, occasionally getting relegated and occasionally winning a cup. The folks that flocked to the club since Roman took over have no clue about the history of the club pre-Roman. No idea. But then, we knew it was a mid-table club, but we had great enjoyment because the expectations were low.

What a b.s. video! Keeps yapping about a billion dollars spent and all, but never talks about the amount recouped from sales of players. Yes, the last season was atrocious but everyone was moving around. The players didn't wanna be there, the manager was out of his depths in managing so many players together which no offense to Potter but he found it the hard way. The worst possible decision Boehly made is to fire Thomas Tuchel and there's no 2 ways about it. The guy literally stood as the club's spokesperson during the most dire of situations. Even since the start of this season, Chelsea has been playing good football even though the results may show it otherwise. Chelsea were ahead on xG and xA and post xG in 17 of their first 18 games this season! The players are young and will take time to be prolific. But I guess who'd care to do any research but spew venom to gaslight the fans. Chelsea fans need to be patient for one more season at least until they start reaping the rewards and the players start clicking together which they already have.

Unfortunately, Chelsea just was never a big club with any real history of success. When Roman bought the club, he basically bought all the trophies, which is not sustainable. Also, a good 90% of Chelsea fans are just glory hunters. Before Roman, Chelsea was a premiership side, but they were ALWAYS fighting relegation. This is where Chelsea should be today.

they were never fighting relegation, last time that was close to true was the 80s when they were relegated but bounced back instantly, in the 90s they were mid table for until about 96/97 where they weren't below 6th until 15/16. You're just waffling
