Wonderful history and information that's all new to me! Thank you.

We had a cabin in Rio Nido for years My grandfather bought it sight unseen when my mom was 4 We would spend our whole summers there every year It was wonderful Thirteen of us there with only one bathroom No phone no TV We enjoyed the outdoors immensely We would ride our bikes down to the grounds as we called it to the little store run by a red headed lady Penny candy and comic books How fun it was Unfortunately after my grandmother died my grandfather sold it Eventually the cabin fell apart and it was torn down It was in upper canyon two Now all the stores are gone and the place is full of druggies How sad

The Russian River watershed produces some the world’s finest Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs….in my not so humble opinion

yes sorry - it came off a transferred DVD and looks like it uploaded the whole thing with most of it black.
