Hey, given the right fee, the Stones do private performances. Back in 2002, they did some billionaire's birthday party for $7 million. In 2024 dollars, that would be $12 million. Perhaps they'd charge a little more, since they were on tour at the time and their next date was close to the party venue; I imagine they'd charge a bit more if they weren't on tour or had to go further out of their way (Mick didn't waste his education at the London School of Economics). And probably a bit more for a bespoke set list, since the birthday party set list was a cut down of their tour set list. Nick didn't make the Stones rich by not keeping a sharp eye on the bottom line!

They kind of did that already with their 2002 tour, they played three types of shows...Stadiums, Arenas, and Club gigs.....the club gigs had a few rarities like "Hot Stuff", etc. The rehearsal list on that 2002 tour was something else! They practiced songs off of every single album! stuff like "Flight 505", "Fool To Cry", and "Slave". I really wish some of those rehearsal tapes would leak out sometime soon as I'd love to hear them. Sometimes they'll dust something off every tour.....they played "Sway" on a few 2006 dates for instance.

Brian Jones made the Rolling Stones musically acceptable. This is a very ordinary performance.
