I love that New Edition. Their song "Candy Girl" is another favorite. I loved it when it was used in the Kevin Smith film "Dogma". So glad The A was represented with that Kriss Kross. When "Jump" was everywhere I recognized the covered outdoor basketball court in the video as one I had shot baskets on. They shot it at E Rivers school on a rare snow day in Atlanta. RIP Chris Kelly. RIP Wearing backwards pants.

Cool video, I’m familiar with just about everything you showed I’ve got the LPs for most of them except for Marky Mark. Did you know that New Kids on The Block were actually the new version of New Edition. Both groups from Boston and both groups produced by Maurice Starr. New Kids had an astronomically wider appeal though. I grew up on Kris Kross, same age. We lost one of the members not too long ago from an OD. Cantaloop was all over the radio when it came out and I had the cassette single of N2Deep when it dropped. Can’t go wrong with Public Enemy and 👍🏽 for the Digital Underground record.

I just purged that Billy Ocean (the full album) a couple of years ago. The full version of “Carribean Queen” is fantastic. I can’t believe you own some of these. 😂 So awesome. The video thumbnail is outlawed in 46 states.

Most of the groups you showed I liked most of their hits and Billy Ocean was not afraid to have decent guitar solo's in his songs and his are songs I think are pretty memorable. Was hoping you would show the Bel Biv Bavoe? song Poison another from that time I liked. And don't show comics you got me all worked up for a day thinking about adding to my collection, which I can't afford (well I could but there are records that I would like instead, so please refrain,} Looks you have nice collection by the way. And speaking of Americana you mentioned a while ago you were going to show postcards that sounds Americana.

Purging your Tears for Fears seems questionable but as long as you let Thieves Come Out at Night and Fight the Power keep spinning there is cause to give us hope Everytime I hear Dance this Mess Around by B-52s it sends chills up my spine and I want to boogaloo around the living room with our babysitter back in1982. She liked the Thompson Twins and Howard Jones too but she was beautiful and showed us how to crank the stereo up and have fun.

I must say I’m surprised to see you visiting my channel. I know you are a busy man. Are you claiming I stole a picture that you stole. I pulled the thumbnail for records I played today #10-the redemption. I think both thumbnails were funny but Michael45 showing Redemption by John Hinckley may have been too much. I wasn’t sure how he would take it. However, I feel we share a similar taste in humor.

If so well some classics there, snobby VC for looking down and keeping all their prog albums just for the sake of being cool. One Yes album is enough i reckon. Same with lots of other classic rock.
