WARNING! FLASHING IMAGES!
Sorry for the reupload - KZread broke down on me.
Ahh, The Prodigy! One of my favorite bands ever. The creativity here is off the charts. Liam Howlett is a genius in every musical way there is. He is a true master of sampling and arranging some mind twisting synths. Btw, the Voodoo People synth part is one of my favorite synth riffs ever, it's just insane. It's so iconic that the first note just says - The Prodigy. I really listened to them for a long time and I still find new things in their songs. I wanted to add some more songs but the video would be too long for my standards. Hope you like it.
Also clubbing is not allowed in the pandemic so here - have a little Rave party in your home.
Also...
RIP Keith Flint
May this be a fitting tribute for your untimely demise.

Fans made Streets of Rage Remake on PC (officially Sega C&D'd it, but you can download it anyway), which is freaking awesome and improves on the three classic games. And there are remixes/remakes of the games' OSTs. At least two tracks are clearly made to be in early Prodigy style and I love them.

Same, I must have listened to that album a 1000 times. Hard to say my favourite though, breathe, firestarter, narayan and climbatize are all so freaking good
I appreciate you putting Baby’s Got a Temper in there- always thought that one was supremely underrated.

It'll always upset me that the album with this song wasn't released (between TFOTL and AONO) and that Liam hates this song so much for some mysterious reason (because the drug is mentioned there? I don't really know)
@F-Andre

yeah its a great song
@imaginaryjin

@@TabascoNewWave considering the lyrics and the specific drug it mentions, it’s not that mysterious why he hates it. I imagine a lot of people might have interpreted the song in a way that makes them uncomfortable, and also that some of them could have bothered him for it, or maybe it just reminds him of a time or a feeling he wishes to push away. Either way, I understand what you mean, as I also enjoy the song.
Jericho still gives me goosebumps after all these years even on a stylophone!

Saw Prodigy live in London in November 2018, just a few months before Keith Flint passed away. Needless to say it was one of the best concerts, and overall experiences of my life. This video gave me goosebumps, fucking hell

I’m so incredibly glad you were able to go. I was supposed to see them for the first time in the summer of 2018 at a rock festival in Ohio (after listening to them over 20 years). Sadly he passed just before then. I’m kicking myself for not having seen them earlier. Absolute legends.
@burkcristacchio

@@VictoryAviation that's so sad to hear, I wish you managed to go see them live, because it would have been amazing. If I had a dollar for everytime I failed to see a band live thinking "nah next time" just for later on to regret it, I would be rich. Like that time when I had just moved to the Uk in 2016 and Black Sabbath were doing a reunion concert (their last one) in Manchester, but I had just arrived to the country and I didn't go... what a shame

@@burkcristacchio Mine always comes down to money 😞 Going to Creamfields and Tomorrowland is definitely on my bucket lost. I’d love to see The Chemical Brothers plan on their own turf in London!!!
Absolutely delightful! You know, what really amazes me is that you are not 'just' playing the songs - heck, even that would be impressive the way you do it! - but the obvious love and effort you put into each of your videos. Most people probably come for the sick sound, but the spectacle you create around it is worth mentioning as a work of art on its own. Keep on rockin'!

I allready listen 5 times.. Epic..!!!
I've always thought making a stylophone sound good is a mark of true musical genius.
I will watch every single one of these songs hundreds of times if you post the full versions of each song.
Oh my god that Jericho was immense! Subbed!!
That. Was. Awesome! Keith and Liam would approve.

The best cover video I've seen for a long time, finally someone who brings some other gems, than the most popular ones, I wasn't expecting the Jericho, and really appreciate, that finally someone choosed the og mix of Voodoo People over the Pendulum one, which is the great renix, but it's the totally different vibe without that tribal witchdoctorish vibe of the original
@maromaro1337
3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Yeah I also think that the "witch doctor" vibe is much cooler then the pumped up version of Pendulum. I think that it's my favorite synth line of all time.

@YershJRSZ

@@HenritheHorse I really don't like that type of comparison in form of "I don't like it, so it's for kids", as music is just music, like it? Nice, Don't like it? Also nice, but don't ruin the vibe for others, who enjoy it, that's my personal rule B) Personally, pendulum isn't 100% my thing, but I really enjoy their music and have all 3 of their albums and I'll proppably buy 4th if it'll ever come. But what I meant is, that beside Voodoo being my fav song of all time, it's always the pendulum rmx being covered, so it's surprising to hear the og thing B)

That was fantastic. Another brilliant job, m8. 10 tons of nostalgia just in 4 mins. RIP Keith Flint.
great job. Thanks for doing a whole bunch of our favorites!
I love this so much! Stylophone is such a fun instrument, and you're adding even more fun on top of that with all the creative backgrounds that pay homage to the music videos. Also, Prodigy is THE band of my teenage years - which I enjoy to this day. In fact, all those years ago I saw the fretless guitar cover of Breathe. Strangely enough, I rediscovered that one just last week.
So many iconic melodies, just waiting to be played on a stylophone! And obviously, played by one of, if not the best stylophone player on yt 🔥
Sung along out loud to every single one. Thanks for the amazing video & RIP Keith Flint 💪🏼❤️
Fantastic. Thank you for blessing all of us!! x
