    Excellent! It takes time for some of us to see this as data. Coming from years of disordered eating and body dysmorphia , full body health has come from WFPB eating and focusing on feeding my body healthy things, developing healthy habits and maintaining them. This has included self monitoring. 100% agree it can be done in a healthy way and bring success and freedom!
