Self knowledge follow up on behavior making better “choices” I get that. I’ve have been meditate 50 yrs. Self soothing, nervous system I’ve experienced. Living in outdoor Natural ski slope big space, & loving kindness. I love helping others it’s helps. Few humans want help! I worked with tapping & breathing.
