Your external world is an effect of your beliefs, you must believe it completely to make it happen, challenge your limitations go as far as you can. You have the creative power. I was asked to coach a soccer team that had not won a game the entire prior season, I had them visualize wining a tournament and seeing themselves holding medals at each practice, I visualized giving the team my wining speech at the end of the tournament, which I did exactly that after we took second place and I handed out the medals to each player.

That is awesome, I got goosebumps reading this.

There are no many techniques to visualize. I feel that this method is the best. Third person is much better. Like watching tv 1.Relax 2.Picture the problem 3.Mentally reject the problem 4.Picture the end result or solution in extreme detail. See the textures. Feel the textures. Colors. Smells. Sounds. Lose yourself in the scene.

Wow! The five senses introduction is sooo much more real for the visualization! I want to learn all of this, is fascinating how from living in caves we now are evolving in so many different ways, and how reality is creation. I am soo interest in how the direction of the focus the deliberate thinking stimulate emotions, negative or positive, and how visualization or better saying imagination can create what's not real already in our minds, and how that thought can lead tune our minds to create that new reality, but is most about the feeling the intuition that guide to how connect to broader source of knowledge. when I was taking my class at human behavior at PEPPERDINE University, ьas a part of my MBA curriculum . The professor and a neuroscientist, who was part of this program l- taught us how to visualize - our instructions were that we sit in a huge empty movie theater with a large high definition screen like the one at IMAX… The larger the the image, the more quieter, the surrounding in the image, the better the results… And yes, visualization done properly absolutely works and it all started with does Silva mind method..
